Possibly, I mean who could live to have the imagination of all that?
He could, but with accidental intentions.

Opening his eyes he found himself in another place, seeing birds peacefully flying around him in order as he floated down below then laying in clouds were he was greeted by a woman, it was France.. Probably not the exact one though.
The cloud was soft so germany got up carefully not sure if he would fall through, then walking towards her.

"Hi... Are you France? "

"Pfft- of course not! I'm fanelity! But I am from france, I think that's why you think I look like her. But anyway welcome to your Thinking! We're everything is in order except.. Highway 13 with the flamingos their fighting with each other, hopefully it doesn't spread across the roads. "

".. Uh huh.. So um.. Is this-"

"Your going to ask me if This is real isn't it?  I mean you just flipped over a cabinet didn't you? "

"Yes-"

"So that means that yes this is real, but you can't see this place of your mind when your doing your things outside! Does that help? "

".. Yes actually.. But why birds? "

"Creatures who have a cycle that cannot be broken, like yours with your work. They carry all of that to get it right! "

"Right.. "

"Yep!  Is there anything else I could do for you? "

"Um.. No I don't think so- oh wait how do I get back to reality? "

"What do you mean back to reality? This is it. "

"No I don't think so-"

Fanelity looked at him, her skin going pail and the sky's getting stormy the clouds were breaking up, Germany looked at her backing away but almost falling off the edge, fanelity opened her mouth releasing black liquid and butterfly's out and making germany  run for his life trying to avoid the appending doom coming from him, and guess what he misses a jump and started to fall into the sky as birds started to peck him and claw into him then covering him as bloodshed is everywhere and his tuxedo turns dark red and his pants now stained then vanishing as birds tore him up spreading his organs and arms and legs.

Germany shrieks awake starting to cry and feel pain on every inch of his body then making himself crawl to the living room floor and off the cabinet then laying there as even the smallest touch of anything could make him in pain, and the sound of that made sunny slowly go in the living room and lay next to him as Germany was blind from how much he was crying he couldn't even see out of his eyes it was a water fall but then in a moment Germany remembered that he still had his phone in his pocket and grabbed it slowly so the pain wasn't as bad, He  then put a number in the phone and in the pit of crying..

" *Sniff* GahHaha.... Russia.. Come OvEr.. Here.. Please.. "

"Germany?  What happened did someone hurt you? "

" Just Get over here! .. Please..! "

"O-okay! "

Russia didn't hang up yet just hearing Germanys screams then hanging up made him panic and get his sweater and shoes on the heading into his car then driving there for a couple of minutes, then sun was already up only 4 more hours till sunset which was kinda good but not for the time for Germany.

Driving up the the house Russia parked near and got out and went to the backdoor he knew was always open for Germany, he went up the little stairs and opened the door seeing sunny jump on him with his paws and leading him to Germany, Russia saw him and quickly went up to him then sitting on the ground and checking him by shaking him a bit and Germany was awake just in a numb state where he couldn't move.

"Germany!  What happened? "

"... You now that... Dream.. I told you about?.. "
He grabbed some breath.

"I don't think.. It's my imagination anymore... "

Then closing his eyes of how tired he was but Russia softly shook him into opening his eyes again then saying.

"What do you want me to do? Please tell me I don't-"

".. Get me on my bed... And get some coffee.. I don't want to end up back there. "

He said then letting Russia take him to the bed by carrying him off and sunny following behind trying to see what's happening to his master, Russia softly put Germany on the bed and put him under the covers as well just for him.

"I'll get you some coffee- alright? "

".. Alright.. "

Russia said then storming off into the kitchen to get the coffee ready and done.
Germany looked around his room then blinking and feeling paranoid already and feeling like someone or something was watching him, feeling something crawling on him but then him looking everywhere on his body he found nothing and he just turned to the door on his bed then seeing a hand grabbing onto the bed Germany panicked trying to get away by moving to the other side of the bed as another country, he couldn't tell which one because of maggots eating their flesh and out as butterflies, he found himself being attacked by new rising country's on the opposite sides of the bed also, the tried to hit them with his pillows but he was too weak at the time he tried not to tell and worry Russia but one of them grabbed his arm and he screamed in fear making Russia go into the room with a rush of fear also going into his heart.

"What's wrong?! "

Russia yelled as he went to Germany, but just seeing nothing grabbing him or anything but only seeing Germany trying to get away of nothing which was very concerning to him, so he carried him off of the bed, bridal style, and saying..

"Germany!  Calm down alright? "
He said hugging him a bit and trying to calm him down.
Germany looked at him after taking some moments to calm down, but something wasn't normal.. His eyes we're different green pink and purple.. Why? Well who knows, probably his lack of sleep haha.  Russia sighed feeling at least a bit calmer himself since Germany was, he carried him to the kitchen to give him the coffee he asked for earlier.

"Do you want me to help you drink? "

"No no, I'm fine I can drink myself. "

"Alright then.. "

He put Germany on the table counter and then served the coffee in a cup so he could drink from it himself, he gave it to Germany and he started to drink it so quickly you could say he finished it in only a few seconds chugging it down like it was nothing.

"Wo wo, slow down Germany-"

He grabbed the cup away from him and seeing his eyes again they were fading back to normal.. That was weird should he tell him? No he would panic but he needs to know- what would he do?..
