1 - Holding Hands

"Hey, would you two mind hurrying up? If we're that slow, we'll miss it!"

Mingyu was always the more energetic one out of the trio. His younger age and puppy-like attitude always seemed to bring light to any room, a strobe light that is. Nonetheless, his happy vibes complimented Wonwoo's sterner demeanour and Joshua's calm character. However, his energy also came with unexpected spontaneity.

Which is why they found themselves on an empty beach at 5 in the morning.

"Gyu, are you sure this is necessary?" This complaint came from Wonwoo, who was only in the middle with his age but had the mannerisms of an 80 year old man.

"Yes of course it is, grandpa! There's something I need to show you two!"

On that note, Mingyu grabbed both of his boyfriends' hands and ran to the edge of the sand with them, managing to knock down two early morning runners and nearly a seagull that had just landed.

"We've arrived!"

He announced cheerfully, beaming at his panting boyfriends.

"Oh gosh, please calm down Gyu. I'm way too tired." Joshua rubbed his eyes with his free hand and pouted, unknowingly causing his boyfriends to start cooing. Even though he was the oldest, Joshua was their baby and undeniably the cutest.

"Sorry hyung! I'm just really excited! It'll be all worth it!"

"It better be, Kim." Wonwoo grumbled and leant his head against Mingyu's arm. Wonwoo definitely wasn't short, coming in at just under 6 foot, but next to Mingyu he looked a lot shorter than he should.

Joshua mirrored his actions on the other side of Mingyu and sighed contentedly.

"There it is!" Mingyu gasped and watched in awe as the sun started to come up.

"...you dragged me out of bed at 5 in the fucking morning to see the shiny ogre waking up?"

"Just appreciate the sunrise, Won." Joshua couldn't hold in his giggles at his boyfriend's remark. "Also feel free to let go of our hands now, Gyu."

"Hmm don't wanna. My hands were cold anyway."

Mingyu lifted their hands to his lips and kissed each one, enjoying the rosy colour on his hyung's cheeks.
