27 - On one of their Birthdays

Mingyu sat at the table excitedly, an obnoxiously big badge attached to his shirt. Since it was his birthday, Wonwoo and Joshua decided to treat him to a nice homemade meal. He was growing worried as the smell of smoke dispersed throughout the room. He knocked on the door and poked his head through.

"Hyungs? Is everything alright?"

He could see Joshua trying to stop the smoke alarm from going off with a towel and Wonwoo attempting to clean his clothes, which were covered in a spice mixture. The second he caught sight of a Mingyu, he smiled.

"Hi baby! Yes, everything is fine. We know you're the only one who can cook but we wanted to treat you so, just go back to the table and ignore the smoke alarm."

"If you say so." Mingyu shrugged and sat back down, rolling his eyes. While he found the situation adorable, he couldn't help but be worried about his boyfriends. That didn't last long, however, as the door swung open and Wonwoo and Joshua emerged, holding a plate of charred something.

"It didn't go well. You can still eat it if you want." Joshua shrugged nonchalantly and set it down on the table.

After a few minutes of sitting down and picking at the dish, Mingyu broke the silence.

"I'm ordering a pizza, who's in?"
