We stood there in silence then from the corner of the room I hear my Dad say 'Well you can't just leave the guy waiting Max, answer him!' My face goes red as I turn to see my Dad standing there with a tear in him eye 'Maxi it's ok, I know your gay. I've always known' I run to him and hug him with a tear falling from my eye, I kiss him on the cheek and tell him I love him. I turn around to face the now very nervous Carson standing in the middle of the room 'So will you go out with me?' He asks. 'Yes, yes a thousand times yes' I responded. I walked up to Carson and wrapped my arms around him and leaned my head onto his shoulder and smiled. My dad then invited us downstairs for some food and a bit of alcohol to celebrate. At this point it was getting pretty late so Carson and I headed upstairs to sleep.
