Prologue:

Allison's POV
"Hey Nath! *hik* there's a letteeer oveer here! *hik*!!"
"Pat! Can you please stop shouting?? I can hear you naman from here eh!"
*blaaaaag*

Ohh geez..
"PAT! Tara na nga! Ayan tuloy.." Itinayo ko na siya mula sa pagkahiga sa sahig. Nabasag rin niya yung vase kaya ayun, nasugatan yung part ng binti niya.

Dinala ko siya sa bed ko which is lately, nagiging tulugan niya.. -__-

"Best? Bakit ganun ang mga lalake?" Bigla niyang tanong habang inaayos ko yung kumot niya.

"Why Pat? Did something happened again between you and Shaun?" Shaun is her boyfriend for about 7 years from now.

" wala na kami."

"WHAT??!!"

"Yes, wala na kami." Humiga siya then aakmang matutulog na.. Pero if i know, she'll cry herself to sleep.

I was surprised of course.. After 7 years? Tapos biglang wala na sila? What could possibly go wrong?

Pero since depressed ngayon ang bestie ko, kahit gaanong curiosity ang nananaig saakin ngayon, i have to comfort her lang muna..

Umupo ako sa part ng bed malapit sa binti na nasugatan niya kanina.. I brought a towel and a basin of water tapos pinunasan ito..

Habang pinupunasan ito, alam kong gising pa siya...

"Sometimes best, you have to know who's right and who's wrong. Who deserves you regardless of how long you've been together. Because if you don't, you'll end up being the stupid one and then you'll be the only one who'll cry and get hurt." pinagpatuloy ko ang pagpunas ng binti niya..
"People nowadays treat others as entertainment.. Lolokohin ka just to get himself happy--"

"Best? Stop comparing Shaun from Jake.. Shaun is different.. He can't possibly fool me for around 7 years.. I know he loved me .. That he loves me.."

I just silenced myself hanggang sa nalagyan ko na ng bandage yung sugat niya.. Then she's peacefully sleeping na..

Inayos ko lahat ng gamit na nakalatag sa higaan pati na rin yung ininuman niya.. Then yung place kung saan nasugatan siya..

Habang nag-aayos, I saw an envelope..
"This must be the letter that she was talking about.." Binuksan ko ito and the first thing I knew, i grinned...
