I know there's debate if Wanda is canonically 15 or 19 in AoU, 16 or 20 in Civil War, etc., but for the sake of the story she's 15 and is starting 10th grade. This story takes place a few months after AoU.

"Ok, so Wanda's first day of school is tomorrow. We need school supplies and dress code appropriate clothes," Natasha said.
"And she also needs to see a doctor, a dentist, and an optometrist, because who knows how long it's been since she's been able to see any of them," Tony added. "I also want her to meet my newest intern, Peter Parker. I'm thinking they should get school supplies together. They're going to the same school, after all."
"That's a lot to do and not a lot of time to do it," Steve said.
"Yeah, we probably shouldn't have held it back so long," Nat said.
Wanda sighed. Oh, how fun was today going to be.
"Ok, so I'll take her to the appointments and clothes shopping, and Tony will take her to get school supplies with this Peter kid."
"Sounds good," Steve said.
"You don't have to do anything, so if course you say that."
Wanda smiled.
"Now come on, Wanda. Time to head to your doctor's appointment."
Wanda groaned.
Half an hour later, a nurse was telling her to step up on a scale. She rolled her eyes and complied.
"115 pounds," The nurse said, writing it down. "Now go stand against the wall where the measuring tape is."
Wanda did as she was told again.
"5'6", nearly 5'7". Nice and tall." She lead Wanda and Natasha to a room and checked Wanda's blood pressure, jotted it down, then left.
Wanda looked around the room, which was painted to look like a garden. "This is definitely a children's doctor."
"I know you feel silly, but you are only 15."
After a few minutes, the nurse returned. "Ok, Miss Wanda. So, you are a smidgen under the ideal weight for someone your height, but not enough so that it's concerning. I would suggest having her gain a few more pounds, but her weight now is completely acceptable. Don't be worried, trust me." She aimed the last two sentences at Natasha.
Natasha nodded. "Got it."
"Ok, Wanda, since this chart is ridiculously out of date, I will need to ask you a few more questions than I usually would, ok?"
"Ok."
She ran through a bunch of questions about Wanda's period, how long had it been since the last time she could remember having a trip to the doctor at the orphanage. Several embarrassing questions, too. She checked Wanda's heart and breathing. Her eyes, ears, throat, and nose.
After about twenty minutes and a urine test later, Wanda was free to go, much to the teenager's relief. The dentist wasn't nearly as bad as Wanda found the doctor. She wasn't a fan of the optometrist, either. Then finally, it was time for something she actually liked to do. Go clothes shopping.
Wanda was a girly girl in her own right. She liked makeup, and nail polish, and shoes, and skirts, and dresses. She loved to dress nice. Unfortunately, when you're poor, homeless, and live in a country torn apart by a civil war, that could get tricky. But she always found a way. The way was usually Pietro noticing that she seemed to really like something and stealing it for her.
She and Natasha wandered through the sections of the store, grabbing makeup, and nail polish. Wanda got three new pairs of shoes, five new dresses, seven new skirts, ten new shirts, and three new pairs of pants. Arguably the same amount of clothes total that she'd ever owned in her lifetime. Plus the beauty supplies, her new purse and backpack.
She was shocked at the amount of money that just got spent on her. It was the same amount she and Pietro tended to make in a MONTH, several hundred dollars. She didn't know that much was used on one person. Perks to having a billionaire as one of your guardians, she supposed.
An hour later, she was at the store with Tony for school supplies. A woman and a boy about her age showed up. "Hi, Mr. Stark!" The boy said cheerily.
"Hey, Peter. Hello, May."
Wanda noticed that Peter was looking at her with a dumbstruck face. "You're Scarlet Witch!"
Wanda laughed.
"She is indeed," Tony said. "She's starting school with you tomorrow, actually. I was wondering if you wanted to show her around."
"Of course I will!"
"Great. The only catch is that we're trying to keep her ID as secret as possible, so don't go calling her Scarlet Witch at school. That's why you haven't seen any pictures of her, except maybe ones from Sokovia.
"Oh, you haven't been formally introduced. Wanda, this is Peter Parker and his aunt, May. Peter, May, this is Wanda Maximoff."
There were handshakes, and nice-to-meet-yous. Peter continued to look star struck, which Wanda found hilarious.
They grabbed binders, folders, paper, notebooks. Pencils, pens, you name it. When they finished shopping, they went out to eat. Peter was pretty funny, and not just because of his awe.
As soon as she and Tony got back to the tower, Wanda went to her room and flopped on the bed. She was out like a light as soon as she was under the covers with her head on the pillow.
