My dad?

I stood there for a few seconds before actually saying anything. "What?" Kris pointed towards the door and began again. "Someone's at-" "No I got that part. What did you say?" Kris looked confused then furrowed his eyebrows. "He said he is your dad,is there something wrong?" Shaking my head slowly,I walked passed him but stopped before closing the door. "Stay here. Until someone screams." His eyes got wide as the door closed slowly. A couple minutes go by and loud voices echoed through the house,coming from the living room. "You inconsiderate prick!" Was last yelled from my mouth before I felt a huge hand cover it up and hold me back. "She didn't mean that sir." Kris spoke over my groans.

"Yes. She did. She had every right too." Squinty my eyes at the guy,Kris glanced down at me. "Are you gonna say nice words?" Of course I nodded,but not to start again. Only to leave the room. "Who are you? And why are you here?" Kris grumbled deeply at the random guy in his house. "I am-" "And don't try saying you are her father either. I listened." Making the man sigh. He told the truth. "I'm an old friend of her fathers,before he died. He made me promise that I would come and check up on her and Kai. I knew I had to keep that promise." Kris nodded at the elders words then crossed his arms. "Name." "I'm sorry?" The older one spoke confusingly. "Your name." Kris raised his eyebrows with a plain expression.

"Oh,I'm Sherlock." "You aren't Asian. Why hide your accent?" Smiling,Sherlock spoke normally with a heavy British accent.
"You're good. You must be Yifan. The one they call Kris. What happened?" "What?" Kris was caught off guard and confused. "Well,judging by the scar on your head, I can tell you had an accident. Maybe a car? Knocked you unconscious,cracked your skull." Sherlock continued as he circled Yifan. "I'd say at least 30-35 stitches judging by how deep the scar looks. Also by noticing how much your right eye twitches,it cut a nerve. Am I right?" Kris turn around instantly and growled at Sherlock. "Who the hell are you?" "I told you. Just and old friend of your father-in-law. I'll come again,you know. When you least expect it."

Sherlock mentioned before leaving out the front door. Growling,Kris stomped into the kitchen to find me leaned against the counter. "Have fun?" I asked him only to groan loudly. "Well..quite an answer." "I don't want him back here." Giving him a reassuring smile,I nodded in agreement. "I never like him either." "Who is he anyway?" Kris asked quickly. "All I know is that he is a old friend of my dad that he met when he was in London before I was born." "London?" Kris questions oddly. "Yeah. My dad traveled with his job a lot." Kris nodded.

"What's in the oven?" Kris asked,seeing something through the oven door. I smiled at him and told him to leave it alone but he opened it anyways and pulled out a raw bun. "What's this in the oven for?" He held it in his hand,looking at it then at your smile. "Wait..are you serious?" He dropped the bun on the counter,covering his face. "Yes. I'm pregnant." I told him and hugged his waist. "I wanted to have a unique way to tell you." Wrapping his arms around me,he leaned down pressing his plump lips to mine. "I love you so much." "I love you too." A few minutes later you heard, "We're home!" "In the kitchen!" Kris yelled back at them as me and him sat at the kitchen island coloring in a kids book.

"Are you really coloring?" Kai asked as he and Kyungsoo say down grocery bags. "Shush.." I pouted and continued coloring. Kris smiled as he laid his head on my shoulder. "Why is there a bun on the counter?" Kyungsoo asked,picking it up in his hand. Kris began to say something but you cut him off. "Oh,I was gonna eat it. But then I decided I don't want it." He raised his left eyebrow then put it back in the bag as Kris nudged my shoulder,i gave him the look like 'I don't want them to know'. "Hey Kai,can I talk to you alone in the living room for a few?" With a mouth full of bread,Kai nodded his head and followed after you. Entering the living room,he worriedly asked. "Everything okay?" Oh,what to say. I was scared to tell Kris now I'm scared to tell my brother. I'm scared of how he will react because of what happened to Xiao Xing. "I'm pregnant."
