Back To School.

Dear Journal,
It's been two weeks since I left the hospital, I go back to school tomorrow, I haven't spoken to Jack since the day I told him how much I hated life, I feel so horrible. Everything I said to him was the truth but I shouldn't have said it how I did. He hates me, I just know it, I can feel it. I hope he can forgive me, I love him. He's my bestfriend,
I don't know how I can go on without him. I need him.

I awake the next morning and get ready for school, I walk down stairs to find my mother sitting at the dinning room table with a coffee and some toast waiting for me. I go sit down in front of her.

"Good morning ma." I say as I take a sip out of my coffee.

"Good morning Jane." Says Shelly a bit weirdly.

"What's wrong?" I ask sadly.

"Are you sure you want to go back to school today? I mean, I understand you miss you're friends and Jack for sure, but are you sure you're ready after everything that had happened?" Says Shelly almost begging Jane stay home.

"Mum, I can't keep myself locked away from the world forever. I'm going to have to face the world sooner or later." I say.

"I know sweetheart but I just don't want you to get hurt again." Says Shelly.

"Mum I know, but I'll be fine, plus I need to talk to Jack, we haven't spoken for ages." I say.

"Okay then Jane, just be careful okay? Please?" Says Shelly.

"I will mum, I'll be fine. Crap! I have to go mum!" I say looking at the time on my phone.

"Did you want me to drive you?" Says Shelly as Jane walks towards the door.

"No it's okay, I'm meeting Jack." I say knowing she knows I'm lying.

"Okay, well I'll see you after school." Says Shelly.

"Okay mum, I love you, bye." I say as I walk out door.

I walk to mine and Jacks spot, hoping he is there, once I get there I sit beneath the willow tree, waiting and hopping he shows up. I look at the time and I'm late for school I stand up and start to walk away.

"Jane!" Yells Jack.

"Jack!" I turn around and run into his arms and immediately start crying.

"Jane, it's okay. I don't hate you!" Says Jack.

I look up and look him in the eyes. "How did you know I thought you hated me?" I say pulling away.

"Chelsea told me.." Says Jack.

"What exactly did she tell you?" I say starting to get angry.

"Just that you thought I hated you." Says Jack.

"I'm so sorry for what I said to you Jack, I will never forgive myself! I love you, you're the only one who is here for me, I can't lose you! I'm sorry.." I say looking to the ground.

"Jane, I love you too. You will never lose me. I'm coming over tonight to stay with you, I've already spoken to Shelly." Says Jack as he puts his arm around me.

We start walking to school.

"You spoke to my mum?" I say laughing.

"Well yeah? I called her because I was worried about and she said you told her we were
walking to school together." Says Jack looking at me sadly.

"I didn't lie Jack, we're walking to school now aren't we?" I say.

"Yeah we are, speaking of school, we better get there fast." Says Jack.
