The intelligent, sarcastic, sometimes impatient and ocassionally playful and mishievous Commanding Officer and Team Leader of Vagabond. She is always willing to put herself in danger to save others. She embodies the unconventional senior agent, down-to-earth and categorically nice while having her flaws. She is torn between her role of being a boss and her closeness to them as a friend. She finds herself bending rules, often for the sake of Dal-geon, and, although their relationship is mostly professional, Hae-ri and Dal-geon connect in a strange way.

The stubborn detective of Vagabond. He uses his keen powers of observation, his brilliant mind and his flair for mischief to solve crimes. Despite his lack of boundaries and disregard for protocol, he is valued because his tricks, ruses and mind games close cases. He initially joined the NIS a month after the death of his nephew. Despite his obsession with finding Edward Park and his anguish and guilt over the loss of his nephew, Dal-geon occasionally behaves in a spontaneous, even lighthearted fashion, expressing delight in simple pleasures such as open air, the heat of the sun, the calmness of the moon and the warmth of her superior Go Hae-ri. Dal-geon has always shown to care deeply with anything involving Hae-ri.
