The streets of hell were silent, dead bodies littered the side walks. The only noise was the cackling of flames, as they danced to a death song. Fireworks bursted into the air, signaling to the others that the extermination was over, as the last of the white orbs of pure light rose into the bright portal. Charlie sighed, leaning up against the Hotel's door, as she looked up at the fireworks she caused. Green, blue, purple, pink, red. She watched as they changed colors, slowly fading into nothingness.
She stood up taller, turning to let everyone in the hotel know of the clear. Everyone was huddled inti the Lobbyroom, demons of different shapes and sizes. In front of then all was the Princess's latina Girlfriend, Vaggie. The silver haired demon looked at her, expecting a nod or some other indication that everyone was okay. The blonde gave her a sad smile, before nodding.
"Thank Lucifer! I can finally go back to the bar, and drink more of that spare booze we have!" The winged cat grumbled, as he stomped off to the bar, tail swaying behind him.
The spider demon, Angel Dust, walked after the cat, grinning. A few of the others whispered amongst themselves, wanting to wait a bit more. Charlie walked away, wanting to go back outside and see more of the damage. A frown was plastered onto her face, as two other demons followed after. Vaggie and Alastor wanted to get their say into the matter.
"We still have time to save the rest. Don't worry..." the moth reassured, as she gave the royal a hug.
Alastor chuckled, shaking his head. "Or, you know, we also have another year giving these future victims fake hope," he taunted, wanting to anger the latina.
Just as the one eyed demoness was about to say something, though, a loud screech came from a few feet away. All three turned their heads, spotting a rogue angel. It's wings were badly damaged. Feathers were missing, blue blood dripped down it's chin, as it limped towards them, spear in hand. It was going to make one last kill, before dying in the name of its Lord. After the small limps, it charged right fir the blonde, who seemed like the weakest of the three, spear clutched tight in its dark grey hands.
Alastor reached out, grabbing the spear, and snapping it in half, as he threw it down to the ground. The angel looked at its broken weapon, hissing in fury, as it tackled the deer down, using the weight of its wings to anchor them down successfully. Alastor summoned the shadows, tendrils ripping out of the ground, ready to strike. Sensing the danger, the winged beast reached over to the side, grabbing the sharp end of thd spear, and plunging it into the Radio Demon's stomach, black blood beginning to ooze out of the wound. But just as damaged was inflicted upon him, the tendrils ripped right into the holy being, and ripped it apart from the inside out. Loud screeches erupted through the air, before the light within it's eyes dulled down, and all of the ripped off limbs laid limp.
Charlie and Vaggie stared, wide eyed, before rushing over to the ever smiling demon, who hissed in pain. Charlie looked at the deep wound, adding pressure to it as the black goo gushed out of it. Vaggie looked around, not knowing how exactly she could help other than giving her girlfriend some support, as usual.
The princess whispered something under her breath in latin, as a being stepped out of a golden portal nearby. It was a summoning spell, for Lucifer only, in which only his family knew of for dire emergencies. The Devil looked aroun, unphased by what he saw, until his eyes landed onto his daughter, whom seemed to be helping a dying demon. Not just any demon though, no. A powerful overlord. He stepped closer, a small snicker escaping him.
"It seems that you have gotten a taste of your own medicine. How does it feel to have your life slowly fade away fir a second time?" he teased the demon with a permanent smile.
"Dad- I... He saved me. We have to help him, please?" she begged, not knowing what to do on her own.
Lucifer waved her off, wanting her to step aside, in which she obliged. He knelt down, placing his hands upon the other male's wound, chanting a phrase in latin, much different from what Charlie had done, as golden light went through his own veings, branching out to his hands, as a golden light shot into the wound. The light ran through the bloodied male. The wound began to stop bleeding, blood clotting up. He wasn't healing, but he also wasn't dying anymore. The blonde male ripped off a piece of Alastor's coat sleeve, and tried to wrap it around Alastor's wound, before stepping away.
Charlie and Vaggie looked Alastor, checking to see if he was actually okay, since he had passed out during the healing. Charlie leant down, catching that he was still breathing, before nodding to Vaggie.
"Thank you, Daddy...." she hugged her father, whom hugged back.
"Of course, Applesauce. Shall I stay for a while, make sure your friend is truly healing? I need a break from papers and documents, anyways!" He laughed cheerfully, before picking up the deer demon, and walking towards his daughter's hotel, with the two girls following.
"Can you really stay!?" The blonde girl beamed with happiness, as her father nodded.
"Anything for you, my child. I hope you don't mind that I stay overnights, as well?"
"Of course I don't mind! Do you want your own room? Oh- what am I saying? Of course you do. I'll get a room cleared-"
Lucifer interrupted her, and shook his head. "No. I'll be sharing a room with your patients. He will be out for a long while, so I won't have to worry about him. Besides, I'll have to check on the injury, and make sure he is healing right. Once he wakes, then I'll need that room."
Charlie nodded, as they walked into the hotel, getting ready for the upcoming events to happen.
