One of the three legendary Sainin is Jairya . He is a toad sage and therefore can summon a huge Toad like Naruto. He can place opponents in a hard Toad belly which he controls and is very hard to escape. He has other formidable justsu too numerous to mention. He also knows the rasengan which is stronger than chidori. His name is famous not because of his"pervy" personality but because of his power.
