It was always said twins had a special connection- a sixth sense almost. The ability to be telepathically bonded together, heightened at it's peak when in range but slightly severed at the loss of each others touch.

And for the first time in in years, the glue that had held them together for so long had weathered away. It had been the year before the start of a new decade , physically their bodies were contorted into those of prepubescent teenagers (desperate times called for desperate measures) yet they had years standing on their shoulders and weighing them down to the world.

Countless memories and harmonies were stocked full in their heads yet that day always came fuzzy, swept in a haze as they tired to brush it under the carpet. Neither of them expected to need their doppelgängers so soon, so young, but they had royally fucked up.

For what felt like a lifetime they had been steps ahead of the game they were caught in, but they turned their backs on it, and that didn't take long for it to catch up to them.

May 29th 2009, the day the twins had once again died but the day they had been reborn into child like perversions of themselves. It was funny how it worked really, for the makers of the bloodline it felt like a blip in the time line when they felt themselves resurface- growing weaker as the newest twins grew, all leading up to the inevitable. A tragic death; fire, blood and wrath, to only wake up feeling whole again.

It was safe to say that they weren't expecting it, having always following the same codes and schemes- watching and waiting what would be their new bodies.

So it came as a shock to them both when they had woken up in two unfamiliar beds, springs digging into all the wrong places and a mattress made out of bricks. The room had been cold, unforgivingly icy. Emotions racked through them like a tidal wave, drowning them in feeling they hadn't felt since the old ages; hormones wracked there impossible small figures, blood pumped through them at a quicker pace as oxygen rushed to both their heads making them see stars in an incredibly new light.

The world had seemed less heavy in that moment, more innocent, but they knew what they belonged to- who they belonged to. Realising the freedom was some disgusting hallucination of a better life.

June had been the first to come to her senses, always being the more rational thinker of the pair, but all rationality was lost as a scream clogged in her throat. Her feet soon scrambled to the floor, not wasting a second to pounce on her brothers bed and take his face in her small hands, inspecting it with wide eyes. Judas raked his own eyes up on his sisters form, mouth agape as he pushed her away. The only word he knew in that moment was "shit", it's tone gradually growling and echoing off of the four walls of the room.
