I walked around the mall with my bestfriend India going in and out of stores.

"So how are you and lucas?"

"We're okay I guess lately I've just feel like he's just been distant this week for some reason."

She nodded her head as I grabbed a pair of jeans I liked and went to try them on in the dressing room.

I came out and looked at India and she loved the jeans so I brought them and we walked over to the food court.

I saw lucas and one of his friends and some white girl sitting beside them and I was confused since he said he wasn't coming out today.

"What tf is he doin here?" I asked and India looked to where I was talking about.

I walked over to his table and he looked up like he saw a ghost or something.

"Hey lucas." Me and India said at the same time while the girl looked at us weird.

"What are you doin here?"

"I could ask you the same thing since you said you wasn't coming out."

The boy grabbed the white girl hand and they walked somewhere else.

"What happen to I'm not coming out today?"

"Look he asked me to hang with him and I agreed."

"But I asked you to hang out today and you said no."

He looked around and I just grabbed my stuff and asked India to take me home and she nodded her head.

Once I got home I put my clothes up and ate me some leftovers from last night when the door open and lucas walked in.

I ignored him being here and continued to look at tv as he sat beside me on the couch.

"Look I'm sorry baby I know I should have told you my plans today but I didn't want to tell you I had plans already."

"Lucas I wouldn't have been mad if you would have just told me that instead."

"Next time I'll tell you okay?"

"Okay."

I pecked his lips and laid on his lap and went to sleep.
