After both had their separate showers, Cheryl smiled shyly as Toni tangled their hands on their way downstairs.
"Gosh, remind me not to drink that much again. My head feels like it is about to explode." the redhead said taking her free hand onto her forehead, "I'm gonna grab some painkillers coz something tells me I'm not the only one who's with an awful hangover, am I?"
"No, you're really not. I can't stand my headache." Toni said with a soft chuckle.
"I will get some then, TT. I'll meet you in the kitchen." told Cheryl letting go of the tanned woman's hand after laying a kiss on the other's cheek to lead herself into the bathroom.
Once inside the bathroom, Cheryl opened the small cabinet taking the painkillers and closing it before walking towards the kitchen handing the painkillers to Toni, who took one with Cheryl doing the same after.
"Wait.. where is everyone? This place seems oddly quiet." Toni pointed out looking around.
"Either everyone left already, or everyone's still in bed." Cheryl shrugged.
Toni bit on her lower lip to contain her wish to kiss the redhead, who was just looking at her trying to control herself but it didn't work quite well. Cheryl grabbed Toni by the shirt and pulled her body to hers, attacking the tanned woman's lips with hers. Toni grabbed her by her thighs and lifted her to make her sit on the counter behind her. Their lips remained glued.
The two were having quite the make out session, having both removed their shirts by now when Jughead walks into the kitchen, hungry as his usual self.
"Oh. My. God! I'm out." he exclaimed turning around to go get Betty. The two broke apart the moment he spoke looking at him than back at each other and bursted out laughing. Toni between Cheryl's legs, who still sat on the counter.
Soon the two saw Jughead dragging Betty to the front door just minutes after. Toni shrugged before going back to look into the redhead's eyes again.
As her hand traced invisible figured on Cheryl's leg while she looked up at the redhead, she dared to ask “So... What are we now..?”
Seeing as Cheryl sighed remaining in silence, Antoinette was going to pull away from the redhead but the same grabbed Toni's arm carefully pulling her back to her, “I don't know yet. But I don't want to lose you... That's the one thing I know for sure.”
Hearing that answer a small smile crept onto the brunette's lips, “Unless you ask me to, I'm not going anywhere.”
“Good. But don't leave me... Even if I ask you to. Coz I know I have this habit to push people away.” the redhead said, she actually felt happy in that moment, she knew Toni was the reason why she was happy. Ever since Jason passed away she had never felt so safe with anyone until now.
