Reddie fanfic

Chapter 1: Nightmare

     All he heard were screams "AAHHHHHHH" he jolted up in his bed listening to the screams of the scrawny kid next to him.
     Richie starts to shake the kid. "Eddie wake up" He jolts up and looks around. "Richie!" Eddie looked over and grabbed the shirt of the confused and worried kid, with the messy hair, sobbing into his pajama shirt.
     You see Richie and Eddie were having their usual friday night sleepover they had since they we're in 3rd grade.
     "Eddie are you ok what's wrong?" Richie grabbed his glasses off the nightstand. "R-Richie I don-" he started saying but was cut off "it's fine you don't have to tell me." Richie layed down while Eddie clung to him. He took his glasses off, after about an hour of calming the small boy down and waiting for him to fall asleep, and went to sleep himself.

The next day

     Richie woke up first and slowly started rubbing Eddies back. There were still marks on his face and you could tell he had been crying just a few hours ago.
     "R-Rich" Eddie was starting to wake up and Richie stopped rubbing his back. To stop the boy from waking up fully he carefully slides out of his grasps. Richie went to get water and Eds pills, because he could tell Eddie was dehydrated and would want his medicine.
     Richie walks into the bathroom and grabs a cup of water and 5 pill bottles.
     He walks into his room and sees Eddie sitting up wearing his glasses and he cant help but laugh, "oh shit Richie im sorry" he frantically said while taking the glasses off.
     "No Eddie Spaghetti your fine you looked cute with my glasses on, bet you would look cuter with my clothes on" Richie winked at Eddie and he blushed.
     "What's in your hands Richie" he says point to the 5 pill bottles and glass of water. " Oh ok so you had been crying last night so you lost alot of fluids i thought you would be thirsty" he lays down the pill bottles and picks them up one by one naming them without looking at the label "Depression pills, Anxiety pills, Allergy pills, Acetaminophen for your arm, and last but not least Vitamin E or Vitamin Eddie" Richie says it all with a smile on his face "wow you remembered them like the names and everything."
     "We'll yah your over every Friday night you wake up you take these."
     Richie grabs his glasses "Hey you wanna go to the quarry with the boys?" Richie asks while fidgeting with his fingers. "Uh sure but I didn't bring a jacket I'll be cold." Eddie says taking his pills one by one. "Oh well you could borrow my red one with the black stripe" He said, he thought for a moment, maybe i said that to fast but Eddie responds with "YES" he then starts blushing profusely. "Ok well dont be to happy about it we aren't g-gay" Richie tripped up his words hoping the cute boy behind him hadn't noticed.
     They then got dressed and left to go to the Quarry and meet Stan, Ben, Beverly, Mike, and Bill.
