Melting Ice

Chapter 1.

Stories are everywhere, stories can be told by anyone. Romance is something complicated many don't know, and today I'm gonna tell you a beautiful love story, of course, it will have upsides and downfalls, but we will get into that later.

"Who am I? What it's my purpose of life this year", young Zachary wondered at the beginning of his school year. Well, can you blame a 16-year old guy who only live with his mother and his older sister? Well, I wouldn't, everyone has been on that situation, but we're not here to complain about life, were here to talk about Zac.

It all started on September. School year has started already and many kids and teenagers don't want to go back. Zachary Johnson is one of those, but he has recently decided this is gonna be a good year. Walking down the street young Zac saw how different this weather was, "probably it's gonna be better than last year. I hope it stays this good," he said smiling.
Zac walked to into the school greeting some of his friends. He walked into the classroom stunned by a blond girl who caught his view as she was sitting at the window in front of the door.

"Who is her?" Zac asked to his friend James

James is the best friend of Zac. They have been friends since preschool so they get along pretty well.

"That is Felicity Quonset man." James smirked

"Oh wow, are you serious? That can't be Felicity Quonset, she was a bookworm." Said Zac making fun of it

"Well, better believe it man, it is her." Said James patting Zac's back and sitting

Zac checked her out for a bit and sat next to her.

"Hi, my name is-" he was interrupted by her

"Zac Johnson, I know, we've been classmates since preschool" she said coldly

Zac surprised by her answer simply smiled and the class started. During the whole class Zac could not stop himself from glancing at Felicity. He was feeling goosebumps and he was happy. Class was over and Zac decided to follow Felicity.

"Hey, um, I was thinking, maybe you want to hang out?" Zac said flirting

"Look Zac, I know the kind of guy you are. You just go and play with every girl you think it's pretty, but guess what, I'm not going to fall in your game." Felicity said serious leaving

Zac was shocked about her answer. He was one of the most popular guys at school and how he just got rejected by a girl.
Even after his rejection, Zac decided to follow Felicity home, but she did not went at home. She instead went to an ice skating rink.
Surprised Zac decided to follow her inside finding out that she is a professional ice skater.
What will Zac find in that ice skating rink?
