Zac did not mind the way she answered, he was falling deeply in love with her every day. The class started and Zac could not stop himself from staring at Felicity from time to time. He was very in love with this interesting and wonderful girl. It was pretty obvious that Felicity was blushing from his intense look and once she decided to go to the bathroom. The class ended and this time Zac was the one who stood up first, but that did not stop him from waiting for Felicity. She sighed and looked at him saying, "Are you seriously waiting for me?" Zac smiled and said, "Yes I am. I was hoping to hang out with you. Like, eat ice cream or something." Felicity looked and him and sighed again, "Look, I am not your friend, we are acquaintances and that's it. I really don't want to relate with y-" she was interrupted. "Why not?" asked Zac curious and kind of sad. "Well, cause, um," she could not think of anything at that moment. "Let's go for ice cream, just this one time," he insisted smiling just a bit. "Ok," she said agreeing.
When they got to the ice cream shop they spent around two hours talking and chatting, mostly about school stuff. Suddenly, Felicity got a phone call. "Oh, it seems like your dad is calling you," said Zac seeing the name of the one calling. "He's not my dad," Felicity said standing up and answering the call. Zac was a little impressed by her answer. <<What did she mean that he is not her dad? He personally told me he was!>> he thought. "Sorry, I need to go. My trainer is waiting for me right now at the rink. Thanks for the ice cream," Felicity said taking her stuff and heading out. "I'll bring you there," said Zac standing up and picking up his stuff leaving with her.
Once they arrived at the rink Zac witnessed Felicity's trainer and another woman waiting for her. "Thanks for the ride," Felicity said leaving and approaching the trainer and the woman. Zac only looked at them wondering why was it so important for Felicity to be there right away. Felicity talked to them but it seemed like a very unpleasant talk. Eventually, she went to the ice rink and performed once again. "AGAIN!' the woman yelled happily. Zac only witnessed her and eventually decided to get close to her. "Excuse me, do you know her?" Zac asked. "Of course I do," replied the woman, "she is my daughter. And who are you, young man?" the woman asked him. "My name is Zachary Johnson ma'am. I am Felicity's classmate and friend, you can call me Zac," Zac said introducing himself. "Oh! Nice to meet you Zac. I'm-," she was interrupted. "Margaret, don't chat with Zac and please tell me if the performance is good!" Said Felicity from the rink. "Yes sweetheart!," She replied, "Sorry, my daughter is kinda complicated. Thanks for coming." Zac stood there until Felicity finished. "Wanna go grab a bite?" Zac suggested. "No thanks," she replied, "I have homework to do." She said leaving.
The next day arrived and Felicity wasn't there. What might have happened?
