Elaine, the ever-angry girl always walked through the halls with a beautifully bitchy face."It's a shame, she has such a pretty face" They all say, Her anger and beauty are always the first things people noticed about her but she sure as hell would make people see her power.An innate Attribution to Fire magic and Talent as a mage definitely pushed her through the rankings but she still worked hard, which people choose to ignore. Elaine was, for lack of a better word, loud. It was a rare treat to see her calm.
Talyn, was most definitely not given this treat.Being a Paladin of Aristol comes with many benefits but also many um... annoyances?Everyday, they are challenged by people who want to take their place and as the weakest of all the paladins, Talyn was always targeted.
Talyn was minding her own business, walking to class.When suddenly, this tall girl comes out of nowhere and kicks her right in the stomach.Talyn winces but tries to maintain composure.
"FIGHT ME." Elaine still had her foot on Talyn's stomach.
"WHY???" Talyn shouts as she is dragged outside.
Elaine was fired up, literally, fire seethed through her.Talyn lazily got into her fighting stance and groaned.Elaine wasted no time and tried to kick Talyn again, this time with fire wreathed around her leg.She already assumed she had landed the first hit, A hand appeared on her leg which stopped her in her tracks.Talyn looked her in the eye and before she knew it, she was pinned to the ground.
"Your fire is a tad too cold."Talyn spoke, deadpanned.
Elaine winced as she tried to walk away and Talyn took notice.She took Elaine by the wrist and guided her to the recovery room.
"Hey uh.....?"
"Elaine."
"Ah yes, do you mind telling me where exactly it hurts? Have I opened an old wound or something?" Talyn had to show concern as an exemplar of the school.
Elaine stayed silent with her arms crossed and an obvious frown.
"What, sulking because you lost?" Talyn scoffed.
Elaine meekly nodded.
"Well too bad.You're strong, so get up already" Talyn smacked her harshly on the back.
"The fuck?".
I keep changing the FREAKIHBFFSD plot.
