Chapter 8 Elizabeth the Manager

Elizabeth's pov

We drive back home as well, listening to some songs in the radio. We were listening Demi Lovato's song 'Heart Attack' which we start singing while I was driving the car.

''I can't still believe you haven't sign up as a singer when you have such a beautiful voice. I really wish you didn't have stage fright because you giving me a heart attack'' Abigail playful said which I laugh while being a singer been my biggest dream since I was a kid. But my stage fright is the only thing holding me back. I write songs and sing others from singers like Pink, Sia, Lana De Rey, Billie Eilish and Camila Cabello. I want to become a singer but I can't and it's fine since I will be working as a manager. We got back to the mansion which we got off of the car and walked towards there. We enter and seeing her mom and the woman who change my life as keep me away from my uncle, Sarah Iglesias. Sarah is beautiful, tall woman with a fair skin. She has soft brown eyes, red lipstick and a long, chocolate wavy hair that fades into honey blonde tips. She also have a curvaceous body. 

She was wearing a white, knee-length pencil dress with black floral lace at the sides. With stylish earrings and necklace, and lastly black heels. She smile and graduate me for quitting my job and never hearing about my boss. I nervously laugh while Abigail looked nervous since she can't lie. She can lie in message but in real life, she can't and she always honest. After all, that her flaw that she always have to handle. "And Israel text me about how you own your horny boss like a bitch. I would laugh forever" She laugh as I felt a part of me regret being like that to Meliodas. Oh well, I'm going to apologize to him. I soon sigh which she soon bring the papers of singer's manager.

I soon read them and sigh my name there which Sarah cheer and hug me tightly. I was surprised while her warm was the same of my mom. So warm and soft like her. I really miss my parents. "Alright, Elizabeth. Just you need a assistant to help you out about Abigail's albums and schedule. Do you have someone you know or you want me to find one?" She asked which I told her, I have someone who can help. Sarah and Abigail looked surprised and asked me who. I soon got a text which I looked at it and seeing it was Meliodas.

M: Hey Elizabeth, this one of my members who will guard you while you're working. His name is Gowther Harrison, he's bit taller than you and have a magenta color hair with a pair of glasses and, he have very girly face. That all you need to know.

"His name is Gowther Harrison. He was a co-work who never bother me dueling his feminine look. He quit dueling all the guys were mistaken him as a girl lot" I said while not trying to sound like nervous or stuttering when I'm lying. Sarah soon nods and saying she contract him and talk with him. I nods and Abigail looked me like 'so that the guy'. I sigh as I walked to the kitchen to get some ice cream since it always clam my nerves. "Gowther Harrison? Your soon to be boyfriend sent one of his men to protected you? Wow, I didn't expect he was a gentleman but, did you ever told him about your adoptive family and who is your sister?" She asked which I mentally groan. Oh God, I forgot about that.

How I'm going to put this to him since the only ones who knows about my adoptive family are Diane and Elaine. Oh, Meliodas, I forget to tell you that my sister who I'm working as her manager is the famous singer Golda and my adoptive Mom is Sarah Iglesias, so my family is famous. Yeah...that can freak out someone like Bia. Bia...I should better pay her a vistit along with Abigail. After all, it been a while since I have seen her. "Elizabeth, what happen with Bia wasn't your fault. You only told her to leave him since he was dangerous but just cause a fight and you didn't meant nothing bad. Even I did but she...*sigh*  we should have told her in a way she could understand than treating her like a child and saying how naive she is. You know, it was too my fault dueling I should been a good friend than being so strict to her when she start dating him" she said.

I looked at her in shocked while what happen to her wasn't her fault. She was trying to protect her and knowing how Mael was. He only likes to toy with kind heart, lovely girls and destroy them like nothing. We knew if Bia stay with him then, she would get hurt. Even back then, when we find out what he did to her. I call Barak while Abigail teach him a lesson by beating him up harsh and merciless. She was furious at him than us and she need to teach him a lesson to never mess with her friends like some toys. "It was never your fault, Abigail. You were the only one who beat that jerk and stand up for Bia after she was...violent, even you warn him that if he tries go after me or anyone of our friends, you make him regret that he shouldn't have been born. That you, the girl who would protect her family and threat her foes who tries to harm us. I'm sure Bia understand why you were so strict to her because you were protecting her" I said.

Abigail was speechless before she smile and saying I was right. I soon smile as I heard Veronica shouting someone is here for a interview. I soon walk out of the kitchen and seeing a person with the same described that Meliodas text me.
