Chapter 25 The Brother and Charming Lady

Elizabeth's pov

I was very nervous as we caught to the restaurant which huge and large that a Greece or nature theme. It was fine and lovely. Meliodas get off of the car and help me as well while one of the workers were going to park his car and us went in. It was much larger than outside as waiter come and Meliodas tell him he have something waiting him by the name 'Zeldris'. The  waiter nods as we follow him where he was talking which was upstair that was the VIP area. I soon saw a person that looks very much Meliodas but his hair was different and black as I spot a other person sitting next to him. She was beautiful young woman with fitting body. She has a long blonde hair that was tie into a right side braided with blue ribbon, pale complexion and charming red magenta eyes.

She was wearing a dark purple fit and flare dress with stylish gloves and knee-length boots. She's very beautiful. We soon sit down as I greet Meliodas's young brother Zeldris Drake. "Pleasure as well. This is my girlfriend Gelda Campbell and my partner since she's working for me as a ally of the Ten Commandments" he said which I nods and greet her as well. Gelda put a clam smile and look like she's was very comfortable meeting me. I smile as the waiter come and asked our orders. I tell him what I want as Meliodas, Zeldris and Gelda did which he nods before he leaves. "So Elizabeth, I heard that you are the manager and adoptive sister of the famous Latina singer Golda. Is weird working for your adopted sister?" Gelda soon asked.

I was slightly surprised she know about Abigail is my adoptive sister but I have a feel Meliodas told them about my adoptive family. I didn't mind as longest they don't bother our personal life. I don't want stalkers following Abigail's personal life lot. "Well, it's not that weird since your sister offers it for you. I'm fine with being her manager which it's fine and fun to make some music and writing songs. I like to her help, after all, she's my sister" I explained. Gelda nods as we talked. I learn that Gelda used to be a drug dealer and member of the Royal Vamps. Her family were descendants of Scandinavia and Norway as they were very poor when they came to America to start a new life. Her father struggles with his job as a taxe while her mother works as waitress day and night. They were struggled with the money and bills which Gelda at age thirteen, she end up selling drug despite she hate it so much but she need it since making more money for her family.

Gelda end up joining the Royal Vamps when she was sixteen and she's become their best seller. She works for them since two years unlit she meet Meliodas and Zeldris. She end up joining when Zeldris save her life and they end up falling in love which he help Gelda's father get a job as a history teacher of the Norse mythology and her mother become a housewife. I was surprised by her life as immigrant which I know everyone struggles with it. Sarah's family got the immigration as a US critzen when her great grandfather come to America for playing the piano. That easy and pure luck since he got his whole family to pass the United States. I know I'm American and life it's hard. I didn't know my descent of Hispain and Latin. After the breakfast, me and Meliodas say our goodbyes to his brother and Gelda which they were heading to Brooks. I sigh as we caught to his car and he start driving.

"When you meet Gelda, what did you thought of her?" I asked while Meliodas driving and didn't seem to care about something. I stare him for a while unlit he sigh. "I saw her as broken person who suffer lot. Believe me, I know Diane and Elaine told you about their stories but not all my members. Ban was send into a abuse foster home when his parents got kill by the Four Assholes which most of his childhood been lot of pain and suffer so much that he couldn't trust his foster parents or the cops since they beat him almost to died. But my old man take him under his wing and teach him lot of stuffs he needs. He and I are best friends since childhood. Merlin was emotional abuse by her father unlit he got kill by the police and she was adoptive by Gowther's father. He and her live a good life unlit Gowther the First got kill along with his wife which leave them as orphans which it was hard for them. And lastly, there the last of my best himans Escanor Castillo was mostly abuse by his family but his older sister Rosa loved him and try to escape with but she got kill in front of Escanor. Most their lives been screw up lot, believe me. I'm trying to made the world a better place for them" Meliodas said.

I was pure shocked by his explaining and the stories of their gang. Merlin was emotional abuse? Gowther lost his family? Ban was physically abuse? And man Escanor lost his sister from his abusing parents? I was utter and pure shocked by it lot since I know lot of people have suffer lot because how their parents were abusment and selfish. I thought Diane, Elaine and Gelda's stories were horrible but this...

This just is heartbreaking.

"But now, they have the family they year for. They are very happy that my Dad help them which I admire that of him. Since my Dad died, it was just me now and Zel too. The bastard Ludociel and his asshole are trying to kill me and Zel since we the last and trying to kill anyone who are very close to us. They are trying to kill Meliodas and Zeldris dueling they're the last heirs of Drake Family.
