RULES
1. HAVE PATIENCE. I've been struggling with some mental health issues that affect my levels of motivation (oh yay) but I am working on all of my stories, I promise! If it's been a while (longer than normal) feel free to beep me and ask what's up, I'll get back to you.
2. DIVERSITY. Please be diverse in your character creations! Give me different races, give me different religions, give me different genders and sexualities! You get the gist. The only thing I ask is that your character is no younger than 24, but no older than 35, please! Don't make everyone the same age but please stick to those constraints.
3. DESCRIPTION. The more you add to your application, the better I know and will be able to write your character! I can't read your mind and I rather not have to track people down and ask questions about their character. Give them a unique backstory that isn't full of tragedy like they always are. (PS, give me some oldies for songs and movies please!!)
4. DEATH. Some characters will be killed in this book, please be aware of this. I'm selecting names randomly (by putting names into a hat and having my roommate pick them to determine who dies) but please know this: If you are not okay with the chance of your character dying, please do not apply.
5. PASSWORD will be your favorite battleship.

EXECUTIVE OFFICER, in charge of the officers and men on board
INDEPENDENT DUTY CORPSMAN, medical professional onboard
ELECTRONICS TECHNICIAN, responsible for navigation and communication
AUXILARY MEN (*2), engineering, responsible for maintaining the ship
OCEANOGRAPHER (*2), scientists mapping and studying the ocean floor
MAINTAINANCE (** ), in charge of general maintenance: cleaning, hygiene, meals, etc.
*My OC will be one of the oceanographers/auxiliary men. **This character will die first.
