"You never asked me that?" I frowned.
"Just did." He smirks.
"Oh." I say.
He chuckles at my response as he waits patiently for me to think.
"Hold on." I say, taking out my phone and texting Jess.
"What are you doing?" He asks, confused.
"Texting Jess." I say.
"Why?" He asks.
"Because that bitch needs to tell me what to say." I say, getting a reply almost instantly.
I put away my phone and look at him in the eye before leaning in and kissing him.
After a while, we pull away with a smile on our lips.
"I'll take that as a yes." He says, leaning in for another one.

"I am not going to apologise!" I cross my arms.
"Hazel, we've talked about this!" Axel exclaims.
"Duh, I know but I don't want to do it anymore." I say.
"Why not?!" His voice raising a pitch higher.
"Because I was feeling like a nice person that day but now I feel like being a bitch!" I defend.
"Who does that?" He waves his hand around.
"I do!" I frown and look away from him with crossed arms.
"Come on, Hazy." He makes me look at him and cups his hand on my cheek. "All you have to do is say sorry and actually mean it."
"But what if I don't?" I challenged.
"You told me you feel sorry for her." He says.
"Yeah! I pity her because she has no common sense and she doesn't know the meaning of a mirror!" I exclaim.
"I'm right here, you know." Jade chimes in.
"I forgot." I say sarcastically to which she rolls her eyes.
"Maddie," Josh starts.
"Shut up." I deadpan.
"Okay." He surrenders.
"Please. I'll give you whatever you want." Axel says. "I'll do whatever you want, too."
I look at him.
The offer is really tempting.
Finally, I gave in but only because of Axel.
"Fine." I muttered.
