"Fine, I want custody of April" Kincaid said
"Listen Kincaid you've no right to ask for custody"
He laughed and said, "You my dear is not serious, of course I've every right"
"I'm in a middle of a serious discussion with my...Ruby so please don't waste my time and tell what the hell you want"
"I want custody!"
"I don't know if you know that you can't ask for custody, that's Kyle's right"
"I can't believe you still live in your fantasy your dreams"
"What do you mean?"
"Your crush on Kyle, your dreams of marrying him"
"Kincaid stop being a fool and tell me no explain to me why you're here in my house"
All this while Ruby was watching with a wicked smile
"I knew it will come to this" he said while handing me a white envelope"
I looked at him and opened the envelope and brought out a piece of paper. I read it and read it again but it still says the same, Kincaid is April's father.
"I don't get this, April is your daughter" I looked at Ruby and she said nothing, I looked back at Kincaid.
"I don't care if you act like you didn't know, but I'll give you the pleasure of me believing in you"
"Now you know it all, it's true Kincaid is April's father not Kyle, I'll be leaving now" Ruby said
"Wait Autumn you have no idea?"
"Shut the fuck up!" I yelled, hot tears were rolling down my face. I found it hard the breath.
"Get the fucking hell out of my house" I yelled
"Autumn I had..." Kincaid said
"Get the fuck out of my house" I screamed and Ric and two bodyguards ran in and I said
"Throw Mr Salvador out of my fucking house!" They dragged him out
I'm so stupid Kincaid is exactly what Avery told me that he was. I should have listened to her. Fuck!! I should have listened!
Eight years ago
"You've a beautiful home Avery" I said
"Thanks Autumn" she said and opened the fridge, "would you like something to drink?"
"Naaa I'm good" I said
"You know I won't poison it" she said smirking and I smiled
"Water will do"
"Okay" she passed me a glass of water while she opened a soda.
"So you said you had a difficult math homework"
"Listen Autumn I called you here not for the math homework"
"Then why did you invite me?"
"You are smart and beautiful"
"Uhmm thanks?" I said feeling weird
"And I noticed you're becoming very close to Kincaid"
"Yeah, we're friends"
