Friendship Sleepover

The moonlight shined brightly as Tokyo's bright lights lit up as if it were a candle. At the Tsukino residence, Dr. Wolf was talking to Twilight through his pendant.

"So, how is Stardonyx doing?" Asked Dr. Wolf.

"He's doing good. He and Adora were out in the Everfree Forest the other day and were almost defeated by these new Horde bots." Said Twilight.

"Really? Is the Horde using some kind of new tech we don't know about?" Asked Dr. Wolf.

Twilight shrugged. "We don't know. Catra was spying on the Horde to get details about the new technology, but she was spotted and she had to retreat."

Dr. Wolf was about to speak when Usagi entered the room. "Oh, Usagi, come say hello to Twilight."

Usagi bounded over to the bed and leaned over Dr. Wolf's shoulder. "Hi, Twilight! How are you doing?"

Twilight waved her hoof. "Hi, Usagi. I'm doing good. How about you?"

"I'm doing great. Minako is coming over to spend the night." Said Usagi and rubbed Dr. Wolf's head. "You're welcome to join us, Dr. Wolf."

"Oh, I don't mind. If it's gonna be a girl thing, it's best for me not to get involved." Said Dr. Wolf.

Usagi groaned. "Come on, Doc. Can you join us just this once?"

Dr. Wolf sighed and smiled. "Okay, as long you don't get me involved in painting nails."

"Oh, we're just going to be talking about school or what we should do in the future." Said Usagi and waved at Twilight. "Bye, Twilight! Have a good night!"

Twilight chuckled. "You too, Usagi! Good night, Doc. I'll talk to you later."

Dr. Wolf waved. "Okay, night! Tell my lady and Harmony I said good night to them."

"I will. Bye!" The hologram disappeared and Dr. Wolf placed the pendant around his neck. He looked at Usagi. "So, when is Minako coming over?"

"She should be here any minute." Said Usagi. The door bell rang and Usagi jumped up and down. "That's her! Coming, Minako!"

Usagi opened the door and hugged Minako. "Minako, welcome to my house."

Minako hugged back. "Thanks for having me over, Usagi. I honestly didn't know what to do over the weekend." She hugged Dr. Wolf. "Hi, Doc. It's nice to see you again."

Dr. Wolf hugged back. "It's nice to you too, Minako. Do you want some tea?" Minako nodded and Dr. Wolf smiled. "I'll get it ready in a few minutes. You can go put your stuff in Usagi's room."

Minako smiled. Once she placed her backpack on the floor, she got out her computer and got connected to Usagi's wifi.

"What are doing, Minako?" Asked Usagi.

Minako turned her computer to her friend. "I'm watching this cool series I found on YouTube."

Usagi noticed the video and gasped in excitement. "You watch Love Blast Girls too? I love that series!"

"I know. Who's your favorite character?" Asked Minako.

"My favorite is Princess Rainbow. She's like a clone with my klutziness." Said Usagi, making Minako chuckle.

Dr. Wolf came into the room with tea in his hand. "Here you go, Minako." He gave the tea to Minako and she took a sip, feeling happy. "So, what are we doing first?"

"We're going to do our hair. I could use a new hair style for once instead of having the same style every day." Said Usagi. "But your fur is looking a little frazzled, so we'll brush it." Usagi grabbed her brush and combed Dr. Wolf's fur.

Dr. Wolf blushed as the brush rubbed his fur. It was prickly, but he soon got used to it and relaxed.

Usagi clapped her hands. "There we go, done."

Dr. Wolf touched his fur. It felt so soft and silky that someone could use him as a pillow. He lied his head against Usagi's shoulder, feeling tired.

Usagi chuckled. "You tired, Doc?" Dr. Wolf slowly nodded. "You can go to bed early if you want."

Dr. Wolf shook his head and he lied against Usagi's legs. "No, I want to stay in here." He fell asleep and Usagi caressed his cheek.

Minako chuckled and ran her fingers through Dr. Wolf's fur. She liked how soft and warm Dr. Wolf felt. "He's so warm. It feels like I'm dipping my fingers into warm water."

Usagi agreed and touched Dr. Wolf's ear. It twitched and Usagi chuckled. "He does feel warm. It feels like we are sitting next to a warm fire."

Luna walked in and hopped into Minako's lap. "So, what are you two doing now?"

"I think we're just going to pet Dr. Wolf. His fur is so soft. You have no idea how soft it feels." Said Minako and Luna hopped out of her arms.

Luna walked up to Dr. Wolf and rubbed her head underneath his chin, nuzzling him. "You're right. He is soft."

Ikuko poked her head inside the room. "Girls, time to go bed."

"Okay, mom." Whispered Usagi and covered up Dr. Wolf with a blanket and put a pillow under his head.

Ikuko kissed Usagi's head. "Night, you two. See ya in the morning." She closed the door and a night light flickered on.

"Hey, Usagi, can I ask you a question?" Said Minako.

"Sure. Ask me anything." Usagi replied.

"Do you ever wonder what would happen if Dr. Wolf turned evil, what would you do?" Asked Minako.

"Well, I would save him of course. He's our friend and I don't want anything happening to my friends." Said Usagi. "Why do you ask?"

"Just wondering. Night." Minako turned on to her side and fell asleep.

Usagi looked at the ceiling with wonder. Just what are you, Doc? Do you have a destiny to fulfill or do you protect the world from destruction? Usagi shrugged and closed her eyes, dreaming about Tuxedo Mask.
