Dust was shocked that Blue didn't run away but continued to help him. "Stay right here while I go find some food for us to eat. Its almost night and I can't see very well in the dark so we are going to set up camp here and walk up the mountain in the morning where the portal is since you can't fly." Blue said as she walked along the edge of the pond looking for wild fruits. Dust still sat on the ground wondering why she didn't hate him. He looked down at the cast on his wing and leg. She wrapped the cast with such care and gentleness. Blue was truly the most innocent angel in the universe he thought as a small smile crept its way onto his face. Dust looked to the left side of him and there was a decently straight stick on a tree.(unlike me( ͡ಥ ͜ʖ ͡ಥ)) Dust scooted over to the tree and broke off the stick. He used it as a cane and walked over to the edge of the pond as he watched Blueberry pick some fruit from a beautiful plum tree. Blue has a bright smile on her face as she picked the ripe fruit from the tree. Blue was very specific on which fruits she picked as she put them in her bag. As she finished picking the fruit she looked over at a small patch of daisies. They were very pretty and in full bloom. She looked at them for a moment and decided to pick some up and then walked back to Dust. Dust watched her walk around the rim of the pond, each step more graceful than the other. He watched closely as She walked towards him and sat down next to his leg. He sat down as well as Blue took off her bag and pulled out a plum. Blue laid out 5 ripe plums in front of them as she picked up two, offering one of them to Dust. "Thank you but you didn't have to get me food." Dust said while taking a bite of the plum. He was juicy so when he took the first bite the juice dripped down his hand and chin. "No problem! You need food too, you are injured after all." Blueberry said as she took a bite out of a plum as well. "WOW THIS IS REALLY GOOD!" Dust exclaimed because he had never had fruit other than grapes and apples before. Blue giggled as Dust continued to scarf down the plump and juicy fruit. (Bro I am so dirty minded while writing this XD) Once they were done Blue got up and went over to the edge of the woods, picking up large sticks and branches. Dust was clueless yet he watched her put together some sort of pit with rocks lined up in a circle with the sticks in the middle. "What is that?" Dust asked curiously as Blue turned around to look at him. "Oh! It's a fire pit. You make these so that the fire will stay in this one spot without burning this entire forest down." She explained but had a puzzled look as if something was missing. "You look troubled, whats up?" Dust asked as he got up and limped over to Blue. "Well, I don't have a match or flint so I can't light the fire." Blue pouted as she sat down and thought about what to do." Dust looked at the fire and said "I can light it." Blueberry's eyes lit up as she exclaimed "REALLY!" Dust nodded and opened his hand as a small flame formed in the palm of his boney hands. He reached his hand to the fire and touched one of the logs. The logs almost immediately lit as Blue watched in shock and amazement. "WOOOAAH!!" She exclaimed, her eyes turning into stars for a moment. Dust chuckled at the small angel with a small purple hue on his cheekbones. Since the fire was lit they could see what was around them better since the sun was almost completely behind the mountain.

Blue sat by the fire with her hands held out towards it. Dust was behind her as he grabbed his cape and put it by the fire so it could dry faster. As Dust was doing so he looked at Blueberry's torn up cape. He looked at it and saw blood stains as he mentally freaked out. He then remembered that Blue saw him in the alleyway and went to save the little girl from the high school bullies. Blue had told them to beat her up instead and thats what they did. He looked at her cape once again as he asked her to take it off. Blue had a questioning look but took off her cape to reveal torn up cloths that were covered in blood and dirt as well. Dust went over to the pond and washed the blood and dirt stains out from in and hung it next to the fire next to his to dry. "Thanks but you didn't have to do that for me." Blue said with a small smile on her face. "Its the least I can do for you since you have been so kind to a monster like me." Dust said sitting to the right side of Blue as she looked at him. "Your not a Monster, neither are you mean. Some people are just lonely or lost and need someone to help them find their way again... like you." Blue said as she leaned up next to him and let out a small yawn. Dust was blushing like crazy with his mind exploding to himself to get it together and stay calm.

Dust then used his magic to grab his cape which was now dry and laid it on top of Blue to keep her warm. Dust then laid down on the ground with his arm under his head and holding Blue close to him. She didn't struggle against it but relaxed as she snuggled into his chest. Dust also used his wings to wrap them both up so they would stay extra warm since they were outside. Besides... they would need a good nights rest for the upcoming events the next day would hold...
