(All might isn't sick and dying in this fic, yay!)

Izuku laid limp in the nest, purring softly as his father scented him. He returned the favor, meekly rubbing his wrists along the older alphas arms. Once he was deemed done, Yagi moved on to scent Inko. Izuku relaxed in the nest his mother built, the family nest. The place where they bonded and scented each other. Their safe place. Each family had one. They were important parts of having a family. A pack.

Yagi sat up on his thighs and purred softly as he looked down at his mate and child. He was so proud of the young alpha his son was growing into. His 18th birthday approaching in less than a week. Preparations were almost done, he only had to wait a few more hours for the messenger to return.

Yagi watched his pup and mate for a moment longer before laying down with the two, rumbling lowly in his chest. Sleep tugged at him and he obliged, drifting off.

Izuku laid awake a bit longer, thinking as usual. He was turning 18 soon. His parents where searching for a courtship for him. He knew they were. They tried to hide it, to surprise him, but Tenya, the messenger, was his best friend. Of course he would find out without his parents knowing.

Tenya was returning soon and Izuku was excited. He wanted to meet his mate already. Would they like him? Would he be a good alpha for them? He couldn't wait any longer.

Although Izuku didn't want to, he slipped from the best and left the room, entering the hallway of the pack house. He couldn't stay still. He needed to move. To run. Izuku made his way through the maze of the large house and out the door he went, jumping off the porch and shifting midway.

He felt his body tingle and ache, a feeling similar to flexing for so long before a pop, and he landed on four paws, taking off like a bullet. It was a steady rhythm, running. It made his breathe. It made him feel alive. He didn't have to think about what he was doing. He went into autopilot, letting the wolf inside him take over as his human conscious sank into his mind, doing the thinking it needed to do.

As a wolf, Izuku was free. He roamed through the forest, jumping from fallen log to rocky out crop to low hanging branch. He wasn't a big hunk of meat like most alphas. He wasn't all top muscle. He was perfectly balanced. If you saw him, you would think cat before you thought dog.

Izuku paused as he smelled a wolf and a few other scents, perched on a tree branch. He crouched down and waited, recognizing the scent immediately. Once he saw the figure rushing through the bushes, Izuku pounced, hoping his timing was right.

It wasn't. He caught the other alpha but just barely, tripping up his back legs with an outstretched paw. Tenya tumbled before jumping up and turning on him, puffing out his chest. "IZUKU! You scared me!" Tenya panted, stumbling a bit before he laid down for a moment. "Go ahead and look. I need a moment." Tenya spoke as Izuku shifted back into a human, naked. He crouched next to his friend and rummaged through the Messengers bag, pulling out a folded and quickly opening it.

It contained a few handwritten letters in nest scrawl, signed with the emblem meaning 'to burn'.

To the alpha of the Yuuei Pack,

As Alpha of the Todoroki Pack, I accept your arrangement for a bond ship between your Alpha son and my Omega Son. I have signed the contract you have sent and I await your signature as well. If all is well, we will receive the contract back on the 11th. Once the contract has been verified, we will head out to Hemlet Town where our sons will complete the bond.

With haste, Toshinori.
Respectfully,
Endeavor; Enji Todoroki.

"A Todoroki?! My mate is going to be the Dom of a Todoroki?!" Izuku looked through the folder and found the contract, eyes going straight to the signature of Endeavor. Tenya nodded as he stood, panting softly. "Quickly now. Return everything. I still have to get that to Alpha and rest before I return it." Tenya barked. Izuku nodded and quickly but carefully returned the papers to the folder and then returned them to the satchel.
