part twenty two

hi sorry for no updates ah ok let's go !

*skipping a lickle bit in time*

november 6th

simon's pov:
it's been a couple of days after the whole halloween event and everything had been going smoothly if i'm being honest.

today is talia's birthday, it's early in the morning, i've already decorated the sidemen house and got everything planned..i'm just so excited- not only are we throwing her a party but i'm about to surprise her, i knock on the door knowing tobi is at manny's currently and she opens it, she opens it and sees me a shocked look appears on her face..

simon: happy birthday talia

i pull her in for a hug and she thanks me, i tell her to wait her and close her eyes.. she does and i nip into manny's to grab my present..

talia spoiled me for my birthday so i'm doing the same for her, i'm gonna take her somewhere i found a few weeks ago for dinner if she's up for it, and by the time we get back it's her party.. i hope it's not too much. i like her. today's the day i'll tell her.

i decided to buy talia a necklace which has her name on it, it's gold and it's quite small but she doesn't like big bold things and i chucked one of my hoodies in.. i get manny and tobi through, tobi has cooked talia's favourite breakfast, pancakes and manny has got a party cannon ready, we looked everywhere for a silent one and guess what we found? a silent one, hopefully it won't scare the living daylights out of her..

they've also got her gifts with them and we have balloons that say happy birthday,

i count down from three and manny pulls the cannon after one,

all: happy birthday talia !

talia opens her eyes and there's that same shocked face then a huge smile, tears form in her eyes..

talia: oh god i didn't want to cry today
simon: *laughs* don't cry talia..
talia: thank you all so much ! i don't deserve any of this !
tobi: of course you do t !
manny: you definitely deserve it talia
talia: thank you so much !

talia's pov:
we sit down for breakfast tobi made his specialty, my favourite- pancakes. along with it i had my favourite drink- wait the place to get these are an hour away..

talia: who bought my drink?
simon: is there something wrong with it? why?
talia: no, no, no calm down you. who bought it is all i'm wondering
simon: oh me
talia: simon ! this place is an hour away !

talia's pov continued:
he blushed a pale pink and i hugged him.. whispering a thank you in his ear.

we finish up breakfast, tobi and manny clear up and i've been told to sit on the sofa so simon can go get my gifts from everyone.. i wish they didn't do all this for me but i'm very very grateful for it ! tobi and manny sit down and they tell me to start opening them.. i'm really excited but nervous at the same time.. i don't really even know why?

i pick up a present and it's from tobi and manny they both smile at me, as i open it they've bought me a pink and white record player and some assorted vinyls from ariana grande to oasis i'm happy with them all , i thank them, then pick another one up it's from just tobi this time, he's bought me a pair of shoes, pink and white fila's with a matching t-shirt i then open later..

manny bought me ariana grande's perfume set, a new bag , i thank them both so much then open simons..it's beautifully wrapped.. pink with white polka dots on it with a little white bow.. it's small-

simon: open that one last..?
talia: ..ok?

i pick up another, wrapped just like the other i open it, it's my favourite hoodie of his, i smile at him and put it on immediately, i feel so much comfier and cosier..

talia: simon you didn't need to..
simon: no you deserve it

i carefully un-wrap the little present, it's in a little box.. i open it and see a necklace.. it's gorgeous, i take it out and tears form in my eyes i stand up and hug him, he wraps his arms around me and we pull apart, he wipes the tears away, i sit back down and take it out, it's a gold necklace with my name on it i smile at it once again and simon moves my hair, puts it on and smiles down at me..

talia: thank you so much
simon: your welcome t

an hour later,

simon : talia would you do me the honour of coming on a date with me
talia : of course i will

simon's pov :
my face lights up, hers is blushing pink, i smile and she smiles back.. finally

simon's pov:
we lounge about in talia and tobi's flat until about two o'clock-ish, the boys both get ready to go to the sidemen house just to make sure everything is in place, talia goes to get ready as i'm taking her out..

talia: why are your staring simon?
simon: no reason
talia: have i spilled something? is there a stain?
simon: calm down talia
talia: hmph.

she walked over to me and pouted..

talia: i'm actually so small
simon: *laughs* stay small

she goes onto her tip-toes and kisses me.. i smile back at her and we leave the flat..

talia's pov:
it takes a little while to get to where simon wants to take me but it's fine, we walk through london hand in hand, thankfully we haven't been spotted today, we're now not near any buildings really and it feels higher up..he tells me two more minutes, then i see it, it's dreamy i hug him tightly and we stand looking out onto london, he turns around and looks me in the eye..

simon: t..talia?
talia: yeah?

he takes a really long deep breath in and then out..

simon: i like you talia mar.

i could literally scream right here right now-

simon: i-i'm sorry?

he hugs me tightly and i don't even get to say i like him back-

sorry this is so long- it's majorly salia based ok so i'll try get another chapter out today for my lack of posting-
