The first day of class Chapter 2

Harry squeezed his eyes together before opening them. He expected to see the hall way he was in last night but saw he was in his room. Harry sat up and looked around. He looked around and saw Ron, Seamus, Neville, and Dean. Harry yawned. He could remember if what happened was a dream or if it was real. He didn't have any recollection of last night going to the common room so it must have been real. Harry rubbed his head while getting out of bed to take a shower.

After his shower Harry got dressed into his robes and stepped back into the boys conjoined room. Ron was sitting down in his bed waiting for Harry.

" you ready mate?"

" yeah, let's go Ron " the boys started down the stairs to breakfast. they got to the dinning hall, sat down and gave them selfs a good serving of food.

" Hey Ron?"

" yeah" Ron said with a mouth full of food.

" was I in the room when you came in last night?"

"Huh... oh yeah sound asleep." Ron wiped his mouth on a napkin. " sorry about last night Harry... I was going to go after you but we thought you would like some time alone."

" it's okay man" Harry said while giving Ron a big side hug. Then they continued to eat their breakfast.

After a while Hermione came in with Ginny. Then some more students came in sitting down for food. Everyone was all settled eating there food when the doors opened and Draco walked in. All the students stared at him. Harry looked around then at Draco making eye contact with him. Harry's heart began to race. Draco stared at Harry for about half a minute before heading to the Slitherin table. He sat down making sure that he could still see Harry.

Harry's heart raced even faster. Harry new that Draco was looking at him. It took all of Harry's power to not look back at him.

" Harry, you alright" said the voice of sweet Ginny.

" yeah I'm fine... worried about classes that's all."

Harry looked down at his food. All the students in the dinner hall continued to eat their breakfast and talk among them self's. Draco was still starring at Harry. Harry could feel him starting too. Harry quickly looked up from his food with out hesitation. They made eye contact. Harry quickly looked away and so did Draco. In only a few seconds later they both looked up at each other. Harry started to blush. Draco could see Harry's blush and rose his eyebrow followed by a smirk on his face. Draco took his eyes off of Harry's only to look back into them.

" Harry you ready?" Ron asked Harry getting up from the table. 

" what?.... oh yeah. Let's go" Harry said loosing eye contact with Draco.

Harry and Draco didn't have any classes together for the first three classes of the day. it was now time for the forth class of the day before lunch. Harry had divination. Which was his only class without Hermione and Ron. Harry had left his divination book on his trunk before going to breakfast. Making him miserably late to class.

Harry quietly climbed into the classroom. Harry saw Trelawney teaching so he sat at a empty seat in the back of the room and began his lesson.

" Mr. Potter ? " Trelawney said not even looking at Harry.

" yes professor?" Harry said nervously.

" you are going to need a partner..."

" I can't see anyone. They all look partnered up" Harry explained. Like if was planned Draco came jumping into the class out of breath.
