(Chapter 16) Kiss

Skeleton's POV

I was really confused on what happened with Enderman, it was really odd to see that from him.
We walked down the stairs to the base and Steve and Alex untied the ropes on all of of us. Then Herobrine came in the room.

"Sorry, Steve I had to leave because Witch needed me on something, I hope every- OMG ENDERMAN"!!! Herobrine yelled.

Herobrine noticed the multiple scars on Enderman's chest and waist. He ran up to Enderman.
He then shock a death glare at Steve.

" What... The... FUCK HAPPENED "!! Herobrine yelled.
" Look Herobrine, let me explain ". Steve spoke with fear his voice.
" Then spit it out"!! Herobrine yelled.

𝙎𝙩𝙚𝙫𝙚 𝙚𝙭𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙞𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙬𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙝𝙖𝙥𝙥𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙙 𝙩𝙤 𝙀𝙣𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙗𝙚𝙘𝙖𝙪𝙨𝙚 𝙄'𝙢 𝙡𝙖𝙯𝙮 𝙖𝙨 𝙛𝙪𝙘𝙠.

Herobrine just stared at Steve, not believing a word he said. He turned to look at the mobs and me, giving a hint that everything Steve said was true.

"You guys are dismissed". Herobrine said.
" I'm sorry". Steve said.
"It's not your fault, Enderman is just learning more about his abilities". Herobrine said.

That's all I heard from those two before I left the room.
I looked around the hallway and noticed Zombie going somewhere, I knew he was not going to his room, he was walking the opposite way.
And how nosy I am, I decided to follow him.
I followed him until we reached an exit from the base, I did not know that we had another exit.
The exit leads the two of us to a cliff side. Zombie walked over at the edge of the cliff and sat down.

" I know your there Skeleton". Zombie spoke in a raspy but calm voice.

I flinch. But for some reason I didn't move.
Zombie turned around to look at me, finally making eye contact with him. His beautiful blood red eyes are just hard to look away from.
He patted the grass, signaling me to sit down with him. I was just speechless, but I just walked up to him and sat down.
It was silent, but I liked the view from this cliff side.

"I've noticed your strange acts around me". He spoke.
" W-what"? I stuttered.
"Are you deaf"?! He kinda shouted.
" Sorry- what do you mean by strange acts"? I blushed as I noticed I'm finally talking to him normally.

He only stood silent and looked over at the view in front of us.

"I've always hated Skeletons". Zombie growled.

I felt my heart drop. Is he planning to kill me?

" But...you seem...different". He hesitated.
"D-Different"? I questioned.
" Your not a jack-ass like most Skeletons are and when you first came into this group, I thought you'd be the same as them...i guess...i was wrong ". He said.

I blushed. Did he hit his head or something or is this really coming from Zombie.

" Your also a red eyed, I thought I was the only freak". He frowned.
"We're freaks". I smiled hoping he wouldn't hurt me for that compliment.

But he did something unexpecting.

He looked at me with his red eyes. Still looking as creepy as ever. He looked away and back at me again.

" Yah". He blankly said.

I only stood silent not to sure how to respond to that.
But he wouldn't stop looking me, I finally feel appreciated that Zombie finally can see my features.
He started to growl and quickly leaning closer to my face and kissed me on the cheek.
I froze, feeling that warmth on my cheek.
He quickly got up and started running off, but stopped in front of the entrance.

"Forget this ever happened"! He snapped looking at me angrily.

I nod at him quickly. He than left, then I placed my hand over on the cheek he had kissed me on.
For some reason I missed his warmth from his lips. He actually kissed me, I was surprised he would do that to me.
I mean he wasn't lieing about Skeletons being jack-asses, they are pretty mean and stupid.
I just smiled to my self and started walking back to base.
I decided I wanted to go back to my room and chill. I started to walk up the hallway my room was in. Then I saw Zombie sitting on a couch, reading a letter. I stopped to look at him. He seemed to smile at the letter and chuckled for some reason.
He then looked up at me and smiled slightly, before turning around to look at the letter. I could only blush slightly while walking down the hallway.
