What happened that night

Chapter 1

I was walking out in the forest to clear my mind. I sit on stomp and close my eyes. I force on the noises and smell of the outside. I was slowly getting relaxed when I heard something coming. I shoot my eyes open to see a large black wolf in front of me growling. I quickly got up and started ruining. "NO, GOD PLEASE NO," I said panicking. then I tripped on a log. The wolf jumped up on me it hovered over me. It was as it was protecting me from something then growing filed the air. I shivered at the thought I might get eaten. I pushed the wolf off me and ran for my life. I ran until a brown wolf talked me off of the ground. It started biting me other wolves started to bite me too. I tried to fight back but it didn't work. So I just gave up, this is the end of my life. Killed by a bunch of wolves. Then something unexpected happened they all backed off. I slowly got up off of the ground to find Xavier in a pair of shorts. "X-Xavier?" I said weakly.

"Ava. Just go to sleep it's okay." He said in a quiet voice. Then I blacked out.

When I woke up, I found myself in a white room. I looked to my side to find Xavier at my side. What was he doing here? I poked at his cheek and his eyes shot open. "What are you doing?" He said.

"I wanted to wake you up. What happened and why am I here with you?" I said

"You're here because rogues attacked you." He said pissed off.

" What do you mean by rogues?"

"Ava, there are going to be things you don't understand. Do you know about werewolves?"

" Yea, they are the ones that turn into wolves on a full moon right?"

"Yes and no. Werewolves are a race that can transform into wolves when they want to. The wolves that attacked were rouge. Rouge are werewolves that where kicked out of there packs." he said a little pissed off.

"Oh," Ava said guiltily.

"Ava, I have a question"

"Yes?"

"Are you a werewolf?"

"No, why is that?"

"Because you smell like one. You have the same name as the princess if the pack that was killed all that time ago. You are also adopted. "

"Look I don't remember anything after the age of 14. But I have always had this thing for the forest. If that counts for anything." Ava said with confusion.

"What's your first memory?"

"All I remember is waking up in the forest dirty and all bloody. "

"Okay I have to go I'll be right back." He said getting up leaving.

Xavier's point of view.

There has to be a reason why she lost her memoirs. I need to look for it. She's the daughter of an alpha. The princess of the werewolf world. I went into my office and called my beta.

"Hello, Xavier what's up? How have you been?" He said"

" I found the princess."

"You what!!"

"I found the princess of the werewolves."

"Are you sure? "

"Yes, She has the same name as the princess. Shes has no memories until she was 14. She woke up dirty and bloody.  She smells like her. Who else could it be?

"So, she's been right under our noses all along?"

"Yea, but that wouldn't make sense. Why would she lose her memories? "

"Do you think a witch could be the problem?"

"That could be it but that would not make sense. Witch is obliged by the law not to do anything to the royal family. "

"What if they made a deal?"

" That could be it. We also have another problem."

"What would that be?"

"I'm her mate."
