Well shit, I may have forgotten about this fic completely. But to those few that still have this story saved, here's a brand new chapter especially for you!
These past few months have been the absolute best, all thanks to Kacchan. Every single day, he's been by my side, helping me through all the struggles I could ever have. If my hormones got the best of me, he'd be there. If I couldn't sleep because of my growing bump, he'd be there, Kacchan's just the sweetest thing. At first, we were just nervous teens who had absolutely no idea on how to raise a kid, panicking whenever we learned something scary and new, but now we look back on those moments and giggle about it. Five months ago, I became pregnant unexpectedly, and the father, my childhood friend, just happened to be the love of my life.
"Psst, Kacchan!" I whispered, awkwardly rolling onto my side to face the blonde, one hand rubbing my stomach as I poked his cheek gently. "Kacchan, wake up," I pouted, sulking. A groan from my sleeping boyfriend let me know I had successfully woken him, a pleased grin forming on my face. "The fuck you want, Deku..?" He grumbled quietly, glancing over at the clock on the bedside table. "Goddamn it, it's practically 3 am, I have school tomorrow," the blonde sighed, letting a large hand rest on my hip, tiredly stroking the bump on my stomach, to which I happily cupped my smaller hand on top of his.
"Well? What is it?" He asked again in a softer tone, more focused on my stomach rather than me, based on the pleased, fond smile on his face. "Mh, um, well.." I began, fiddling with my shirt shyly. "I couldn't sleep because something was on my mind, well, I did sleep, a bit... I think? Anyway, it's fine if you don't want to, or if you get annoyed with me and want to go back to sleep, or-" Kacchan quickly cut off my nervous rambling with a sweet peck to the lips. "Deku, I swear to God, just tell me what it is, can you please stop your silly mumbling?" he chuckled softly, earning an apologetic smile from me. "Ah, I was mumbling again..? Well, okay, if you insist," I pouted shyly. "I was just kinda.. really hungry, Katsudon's been on my mind for ages, but I can't cook," I whined.
Kacchan simply stared at me, before snorting. "Really, Deku? That's all you wanted? God, you angel, don't worry about it," he hummed, sitting up and stretching. "Let's go down and make some food, 'kay? Want me to carry you?" The blonde asked, earning a giggle when he easily lifted me into his arms. "Mmh, you're so strong, Kacchan!" I gushed, gleefully curling into his hold as I was swept off my feet. "Even when I'm pregnant, you still carry me like I weigh the same as a pillow," I smiled gently, the blonde sitting me down on the countertop once he reached the kitchen. "Katsudon it is, hm? You're damn lucky I'm so nice, cooking for you at 3 am on a school night," he chuckled, shaking his head and busying himself with preparing the food as I swung my legs slightly.
As he cooked, I couldn't help but subtly check him out. We share one set of pyjamas, me with the shirt, and him with the tracksuit bottoms since he always insisted on being able to see my bare thighs at all times. It didn't matter, though, I liked seeing him shirtless just as much. I tilted my head to one side as I stared, watching his toned back muscles flexing as he reached up to the top shelves, my mouth watering slightly when his biceps bulged with any heavy pot or pan he lifted. I simply enjoyed the view, relishing in the fact that this sexy beast of a man was my boyfriend, only snapping out of my loving haze when I saw those piercing red eyes staring at me, a thick eyebrow raised as he smirked.
"See something you like, angel?" He purred, my face heating up intensely when I realised that I had been caught staring. "U-Um, maybe.." I admitted sheepishly. The blonde scoffed lightly, turning back to the cooking. "As much as I'd love to boast about just how hot I am, I have a meal to cook for my pretty little nerd, so maybe prioritise your options next time," he shrugged, making me pout with a huff. "But please, Kacchan, you've barely touched me since I got pregnant! Am I not as pretty when I'm round or something?" I asked, frowning sulkily.
Kacchan sighed, shaking his head and walking up to me as hormonal tears began to bead at my eyes. "You really think that, angel? Of course, you're just as beautiful, but I wouldn't wanna hurt you while you're pregnant, would I? My precious little Deku, I don't want you to overexert yourself," the blonde said, hushing me gently and stroking my tears away. "I just want you and the baby to be as healthy as possible, you're just as stunning, you always have been," he hummed.
I sniffled, nodding quietly as I wiped my tears away. "M-Mmhm," I managed, nuzzling against the large palm that stroked my cheek. "I love you, Kacchan, thank you for being so patient with me all this time, I know it can get a bit frustrating," I apologised softly, blushing at the sweet smile he gave me. "I love you too, Deku, I won't forget. Now, should I carry on with your meal? I've got a test tomorrow, y'know," he chuckled, heading back over to finish up the Katsudon. I waited patiently, a smile on my face, singing softly to fill the gentle mood between us.
Soon, I was scooped up and set by the table, a platter set down before me. The chicken was a gorgeous brown, with fresh rice and vegetables decorating it, and the most delicious scent wafted up towards me. I sighed blissfully, letting out a dreamy hum, quickly beginning to feast on the meal I had so craved. Kacchan simply watched me wolf the food down with an amused smirk, chuckling tiredly. "I don't think I even need to ask if you like it, silly nerd, you're way too expressive," he teased.
"It's just so good, Kacchan! I can't cook at all, It's way too difficult, how do you do it?? You must be magic or something," I accused playfully, narrowing my eyes at the blonde, huffing when he snorted. "I'm not magic, Deku, you're just one hell of a lazy ass," he sneered jokingly, smirking. "Seriously, did you never help your mum out about the house? That poor woman, having to look after a nerd all of her own. I feel for her, Deku, I do," he said with mock sorrowfulness. I whined, stretching over to give him a playful punch. "You're so mean, Kacchan! And she would never let me, every time I tried to help she would always insist that I relax, or have a nap, something like that," I pouted. "And why shouldn't I be lazy? I'm pregnant, I should get to chill out a bit," I hummed, leaning back in my seat and patting my stomach in satisfaction. "Mmh.. you like Papa's food, Chibi?" I smiled, gently petting the round bump. "What do you think they're gonna be, Kacchan? A girl or a boy? I have an idea on some names for them," I grinned, hopping up with the bowl before he could take it, skipping over to the sink and beginning to wash up.
Kacchan strolled up behind me, leaning his chin on my head as he wrapped his strong arms around my waist, enveloping me in a warm bear hug. "I dunno, I don't mind what gender they are as long as they're ours," he chuckled. "Oh yeah? What names were you thinking of?" The blonde questioned, nuzzling soft kisses to my head. "Mmh, well, if it's a girl, I think Itsumi is a nice name," I suggested. "And maybe Kazuko if it's a boy? They seem like cute names," I said, giggling softly as he patted my stomach.
"Oh, baby, they're adorable. Almost as cute as your name, y' know? Izuku, so adorable," he smirked, my face heating up at the name. "O-Oh yeah? Well, I think Katsuki is a pretty cute name myself," I challenged, though my snickers were soon cut off by his fingertips on my sides, squealing out as I was tickled.
"K-Kacchan!! Stop it!" I laughed out, squirming in his tight grasp, my head pressed back against his chest. "It's your fault for teasing me, nerd, you know how riled up that gets me," he growled out, the tickles slowly dying down after a while, leaving me to laugh and pant breathlessly. "Mh, anyway, let's go to bed, Deku. You feeling better?" He asked with a kiss, lifting me into his arms again as he travelled up the stairs.
I smiled gently, pressing into his arms again. "Mmhm, much better. thank you for making Katsudon for me, Kacchan! I love you," I cooed sweetly, snuggling against him under the warmth of the covers. He smiled, kissing my head, one hand supporting my belly as the other sweetly stroked against my thigh. "G'night, Deku, sweet dreams," he whispered, nuzzling against my hair, asleep before I even got a chance to return the phrase.
A gentle chuckle passed my smiling lips, and I pressed further into the safety of Kacchan's arms. "Goodnight, Kacchan," I whispered back against his shoulder, my eyelashes fluttering shut as I slowly drifted off to sleep with my boyfriend.
It was sweet, relaxed, quiet. Peaceful, and that's how it stayed throughout the night. Without a single worry or doubt passing our snoozing minds, we let the night soothe us, indulging in the sweet release of a well-needed rest.
