Chapter 19: misunderstood...

Stars POV :
As I go to check up on Emma , there a knock at the door " I'll get it !" Marco yells from downstairs.

Marcos POV :
As I open the door , I am surprised to see Jackie at the door . " umm.. hey Jackie ? What brings you here ?"

" can't I just check up on a friend ?" She says with a smile . " ya sure , come in !" Marco said opening the door wider for her to come in . " so would you like something to drink or eat ?" Marco offered " ya , can I get some water please ?" Jackie asked " ya , ya of course !" Marco says as he heads into the kitchen following along with Jackie " so how's life been dude ?" Jackie asks " ya , ya it's been great.." Marco says scratching the back of his neck and avoiding eye contact . " hey diaz . Don't give me that look , I know something's up..." Jackie says as Marco turns around to fill the glass with water . ".....is it something or I don't know , maybe someone... on your mind ? Like maybe a special girl with long blonde hair , ocean blue eyes and a magical wand ?" As Jackie says this , Marco drops the glass of water and starts blushing in embarrassment " how did you know ?" Marco said worried " dude I know everything ! But the real question is... have you told her yet ?" Jackie asked with a big smile on her face.

Marco , who knew Jackie had him all figured out , had no escape out of this conversation. So Marco gave in .

Stars POV :
I checked on Emma and she was doing totally fine " she's so cute when she sleep !!!" I squealed over how cute she was .
I hear talking downstairs and I wonder who was at the door . Upon stepping down the stairs slowly , I hear a familiar voice. Straight away I knew who it was...Jackie....
my heart sunk like a boat , when I saw the two of them in the kitchen talking together and looking like their having a great time together.

Marco seemed happy..... no duh ! Who wouldnt be happy if their crush was talking to them !
Sometimes I wish I had the courage to tell Marco the truth....

Time skip :

It was the next day and it looked like to be another boring day . Our favorite ship , was sitting on the couch watching tv .

" MARCO !!" Star groaned
Marco sighed " what ?"
" I'm BOREDDD !!!"
" and ?"
" we should do something fun ! Like an outing or maybe...."
" no Star ! We are not doing another party !"
" why not ?"
" well first of all , we got drunk . Secondly we are still babysitting a baby !!!"
" alright , alright . Point taken diaz...."
" thank you !"

" but you know what we can do?..."
" what ?"
" we can go to the PARK !"
" what, were not 10 year olds !"
" no Marco ! I mean we can go to the park and give Emma some fresh air !"
