*Annie's pov*

"Are you guys serious?" I asked angrily. "We had to tell her Annie,"Asher said. "She just had her daughter,"I said angrily, "You're daughter." "We're sorry alright,"Carson said.

I shook my head at them. "Don't you dare try to apologize,"I said. I walked upstairs to Hayley's room. I knocked on the door. "Yeah?" Hayley asked. I could tell by the shakyness in her voice, that she had been crying.

"Can I come in?" I asked. "Yeah,"Hayley said. I walked into her room, and closed the door behind me. I sat on her bed next to her. I hugged her, and kissed her forehead.

"I promise to you,"I said, "That I will never let anything happen to you or Harmony." Hayley smiled at me. "I know that,"She said. "Hey, look on the brightside Hay,"I said, "When they leave, we get to walk around the house however we want."

Hayley and I laughed. "Are you feeling better?" Carson asked while standing in the door way. I looked at Hayley. She nodded. "I'll see you in a bit,"I said. "Alright,"She said. I left her room, and went to talk to Asher.

*Carson's pov*

I saw that her eyes were puffy and red, she was crying. "Hayley,"I said. "What?" Hayley asked. "I know that you don't like this,"I said. "Don't like?" She asked.

Oh shit. I thought. "I hate this Carson!" She yelled, "I don't want you nor Asher to leave!" "Hayley, it's so we can provide for our family,"I said.

"You're leaving me for a stupid career!" She yelled. At that point, I thought of the only way to shut her up.

I picked her up, wrapped my arms around her waist, and I kissed her. I held her tightly, like she was going to leave. I broke the kiss, and I looked at her.

"Please Hayley,"I begged, "Please." She was crying again. "Promise me that you will call everyday,"She said, "Promise me." "I promise,"I said. She kissed me, and hugged me.

I put her down, but she didn't let go. "Hayley,"I said. "Yeah?" She asked. "I'm leaving tomorrow, at 6 in the morning,"I said. "Alright,"She said. She kissed me again.

"I love you,"She said. "I love you too,"I said. "I love you more,"She said. I smiled, and went to the bathroom to take a shower.

*Hayley's pov*

After Carson and I talked, he went to take a shower, and I went to check on Harmony. "Hi little pumpkin,"I said. I picked Harmony up, and I kissed her. "My little baby girl,"I said.

I kissed her again. "She's so tiny and cute,"Asher said. I smiled. "Thank you,"I said. "Can I?" Asher asked. I passed Harmony to Asher, and she started crying. "Uh oh,"I said.

"What's wrong?" Asher asked. "Maybe she needs her diaper changed,"I said. "Alright, I'll leave so that you can change her,"Asher said. "Thank you,"I said. "You're welcome,"Asher said.

Asher left, and I changed Harmony's diaper. I picked her up, but she was still crying. "What's wrong baby?" I asked. Harmony cried. I fed her, but she still cried.

I checked her entire body to make sure there were no cuts. No cuts at all. "She probably wants to be held,"Carson said. "Well then hold her,"I said, "Since it'll be your last time before you leave."

Carson smiled, and held his daughter. "You are my sunshine, my only sunshine, you make me happy when skies are grey,"Carson sang. "You'll never know dear, how much I love you, so please don't take my sunshine away,"I finished singing.

"I'm going to miss you both of you,"Carson said. "We're going to miss you more,"I said. Carson kissed me, and Harmony. "Hayley, Carson!" Annie yelled, "Come down here quick!"

Carson and I ran downstairs. "What's wrong?" I asked. "Hayden stop!" Carson yelled. Hayden had a gun to Asher's chest. Carson passed Harmony to me.

I held her close to my chest, and I walked into Annie's room. I laid Harmony on Annie's bed. She was sleeping, so I closed the door. "Hayden don't!" Annie yelled. "You took her away from me!" Hayden yelled.

"Call 911 Hayley,"Carson said. "Call them if you want,"Hayden warned, "He'll be dead before they even get here." "Hayden don't do this,"I said. I put my phone down, and I stepped in front of Asher.

"You either put the gun down, or you kill me,"I said, "Your choice." "Hayley no!" Annie yelled. Hayden clocked the gun. "Giving yourself up?" Hayden asked, "For his life?" "He's my family Hayden,"I said softly, "If you kill him, you kill me, and you suffer the consequences."

Hayden pointed the gun at me. "Hayden don't!" Annie yelled, "No!" Hayden looked at Annie. "You love her, don't you?" Hayden asked. "More than anything in the world,"Annie said while crying, "Don't do this please."

Hayden put the gun down. "Thank you,"Annie said while crying. Hayden smirked, pulled the gun back up, and he pulled the trigger.
