It's thanksgiving break and I'm excited for some reason. I'm definitely going to Shannon's house or Kay'Ron's house for thanksgiving. I can't stay at this house all week by myself. Chassity got dropped off at her friends house not to long ago, she was going to be back on thanksgiving but then she's going to leave afterwards.
"Hi" I heard someone say in a soft voice. I sat up in bed and looked towards my door. My mother came in smiling. She looked beautiful. She had on a white spaghetti strap body suit that showed her chest, ripped black jeans that showed her curves ,and white heels. Her hair was in a curly Afro and it covered her forehead. My mother looked so young and it's crazy but my father looks young also . I get my looks from my mom.. and my body.
"Hi, you look good" I said to her examining her outfit. She responded with a closed mouth smile.
"So....what's up?" I asked her. She came towards me and gave me a hug. I just hugged her back. You could hear her little sniffles.
"I'm so sorry bug, I love you so much. I never wanted him to hurt you baby, we're going to leave. Ok? I'm making up a plan. I already have money saved up and I've been talking to police officers. We're going to stay in ATL though, he's going to get arrested. I'm so sorry." She said struggling on her words. I believed her but at the same time I didn't.. because if she was sorry then she would've stopped him when it first started...I was just 3, she knew what he was doing, I didn't.I think she just wanted him to stop beating her so she let him do it to me. We could've left a long time ago.
" I love you too, I'm going to stay at Ron's house this thanksgiving." I said standing up, I didn't even shed one tear..I didn't know what to say. I wanted to call her a liar but I couldn't, I just know that she's said she was getting us out of here a long time ago, she doesn't have the strength to leave him. I would've been left but I have nothing.

I instantly smiled at the text he sent. I kinda missed him but I didn't know how to tell him, I'm sure he got hoes again anyways. I take that back, they never left. I quickly stood up heading towards my bathroom, I didn't even noticed my mother had left. I took a good 30 minute shower, once I got out I put on some of my bath&body works products and wrapped my towel around me heading towards my closet. After 10 minutes of looking for an outfit I decided to put on my light/darkish pink dress w/ cutoff sleeves and a pair of designer shoes topped with a black purse. Since I had in box braids I just decided to put my hair in a bun and do my edges, I had a hair appointment tomorrow anyways, after doing my makeup I was finished and ready to go.

After 10 minutes of driving I finally pulled up to Ron's house (Kay'Ron). I texted him telling him I was here and walked up to his apartment. Ron lived by himself and that was because his mom had kicked after he was released from jail last year, she said she didn't want anyone coming to her because of the life that he decided to live, she just wanted him to do better but he never listens, I even tell him to get out the streets but he says that we should be happy that he's in school.
" wassup stink" Ron said while opening the door. He was smiling extra hard and he looked nice.
"Hi" I said walking in and going straight to his kitchen for snacks.
"Damn bae ion get a hug or a kiss, nun?" He asked mean mugging me. I laughed and sat my purse down on the counter and walked to the end of the island where he was standing. I hugged him and looked up at him, looking into his eyes. Man he was so cute, and he smelt so good.
"I miss you" he said licking his lips. He grabbed a handful of my ass and smacked it making me giggle.
"Ow stop" I said shyly looking away smiling. For some reason I was always shy around him, he made me feel some type of way and I loved it.
"Damn so youn miss daddy?" He asked poking out his lips. I playfully rolled my eyes and shook my head no.
"So youn miss daddy kisses either?" He asked with a smirked on his face. He leaned down and kissed me. First it started with a peck but then I deepened the kiss wanting to do more. After we was finished sucking each other damn lips off we pulled away and looked into each other's eyes, the room was silent for a few seconds.
"I miss you too" I said looking down. I wanted to be with him again so bad but I don't want to be in that same toxic ass relationship, I want to start over and just forget everything he had done.
" I won't do it again" he said. I looked up at him, he was staring at the ceiling, he knew what I was thinking about.
"Promise?" I asked while pulling away sticking out my pinky. I always pinky promise people and I always kept my word or hoped they kept their word. For some reason I was just so big on pinky promises, I took them serious.
"Promise" he said looking me in my eyes locking pinkies with me. I instantly smiled. He kissed me and walked to the back where his room was. I quickly made my way into the kitchen and got me some snacks. After I thought I had enough I locked his front door and headed towards his bedroom. For the rest of the day we watched Disney + and ate snacks.
