Chapter 1:
*Minnie's POV*
*Bam* *Bam* *Bam* My door was currently getting pounded on. Why? Well i was only just taking a shower.. for the last 30 minutes.
I know what people say girls takes long showers, It's true for me.
Its the best place to think. The warm water running down your skin, as you thought all about your actions that day, or whatever.
"Minnie Get your flipping ass out. I need to take a shower. TODAY! NOT NEXT YEAR!" My brother yelled on the other side of the door.
"Language!" My mom yelled.
"MOM we all know how dirty your language is when dad is being a pain in the Ass!!!" my brother yelled back.
"That's a whole different situation, Mack." she said chuckling.
"Whatever, Minnie hurry up. Please i promise I'll like own you forever if you get out in 2 minutes." He begged.
"You swear?" i asked.
"Mom's proof." he said then swore. "Cross my heart, hope to die, poke me in the eye. Just hurry up. Kayla's about to be here any minute. And if she sees me sweaty then she's gonna assume i was banging another one, not playing football with the guys like i was." he begged.
That made me jump. I almost forgot. There was a major pack meeting today. I quickly hurried up and wrapped a towel around me. Then i ran out of his bathroom into my bedroom. My bathroom was currently used by non other than my best friend Lacey.
"Ok what should i wear?" she asked me.
"Um clothes?" i said in a questionably tone.
"Yes, but i want to dress to impress." she said blushing. Of course. Liam.
"So who's the lucky guy?" i asked pretending that i didn't know.
"You know who." she said shyly.
"No i don't tell me." I said as i walked into my walk in closet.
"L-I-A-M." she spelt it out.
"Luke?" i asked.
"Liam. " she whispered.
"How do you feel about him?" i asked.'
"I really like him. But i don't think we're mates. I mean, we've gotten better friends since his last birthday. But he hasn't said anything so i really don't think so." she said.
Liam is such a butt for not telling her yet. I mean seriously He knows their mates. Yes i said it their mates. But he wants to wait til it's her birthday to tell her. He wants them to be extremely good friends so if she doesn't like him then at least they can be friends. What i think is that.......he's a dumb ass. Why? She's had a crush on him since forever. I see her flashing eyes at him everywhere. And him flashing them back at her whenever their together. But the thing that is weird is.......whenever they flash at each other the lust look the other person looks away and doesn't see it.
Whatever fate probably has it all planned out. I thought shaking my head.
"Minnie, Minnie, MINNIE!" Lacey yelled in my face.
"Stop screaming woman." i said rolling my eyes. I walked out of the closet and opened my laptop. I quickly typed in the password then checked the weather. "Ok lace it's gonna be in the 80s today. No rain and little wind. So dress causal but not too causal. Dress in like shorts or jeans and tennis shoes. No heels. And light makeup and hair today. Plus bring your bag with extra clothes we have guests today. I don't know who but my parents we saying we gotta play nicely." i said.
"What do you think?" she asked as she walked out. She was wearing black t shirt saying, Come at me Bro. And jeans. She was also wearing a bracelet that we got a few years ago at Disneyland. She had on boot cut jeans and cute dangling earrings. She was holding her converses in her hand and looked amazing.
"I think we should make you my bffl. If you weren't already it." i said grinning.
"Well i think you should get me a drink tomorrow coz i pick out your outfit." She said grinning like an idiot. I walked back in my closet and found a stack clothes. There was a tshirt kinda like her's that said, Cool Story Bro...Tell It Again, jeans, our bracelet, earrings, and converses. I quickly dress then realized i need socks.
I grabbed a pair of mix match blue socks and walked out. Lacey already was done. Then i heard a pound on the door. "Hey, Minnie, Lacey it's time to go to the meeting. " My brother yelled.
"Come on Lacey before we're late again. Dad will chop my freaking head off." i said as i tied on one of my shoes.
"No way he could do that. He loves you way too much." she said following.
"Pshhh. You haven't seen him mad. Like a scary werewolf." i said as we walked down the hall and down the stairs.
"Coz he is one. Duhh." she said. We weren't late be we definatly weren't one of the earliest ones. I took a stand next to my brother, while Lacey stood next to me.
"Well not all the time." i said. "Hey can you tie my shoes please?" i asked her begging.
"No way Chicky. I dislike tying shoe laces." she said.
"That's an understatement. Hate is more of the word." i said as bent down tying my shoe.
"Ok everyone settle down!" my dad yelled as he took his stand on stage. "As you all know Alpha Jen and I have both been traveling around the US helping other packs. Well Lately most pack don't need help that we can provide. They asked to join our pack instead. Well as you all know my son, Mack is mated with Alpha Meyers' daughter. He will soon leave to help lead their pack. My daughter and her mate, when he is founded, will lead this pack no matter who her mate is. Anyway in 2 days a pack is coming to get helped. They need help training. All trainers please stay back after this meeting. We have built a new part to the pack house, extending our living space. The new which is named The Fire Pack. Ok dismissed." Finally his speech ended. I used to write his speeches, not this one though.
Yes i do write his speeches. It was part of my Alpha training. I think. Or personally i think my dad's just too lazy to write it.
After everyone except the trainers left. Dad made everyone sit down in their positions. There was me, Lacey, Liam, Mack, Adam (My brother's best friend), and Kelcey (My other best friend). "So you've all heard my speech. there's a new pack coming in two days. Blah blah blah. Anyway i don't care if you listen'd or not. All i need you to know is that you all got to train our pack and the new pack in 2 days. OK?" he asked.
"Gosh dad. Straight and to the point." i muttered.
"Yup." he said grinning.
"Ok then. Any questions ask Minnie, Mack, or me." he announced. "Dismissed."
We all walked out and then all went into the game room to hang out. "I can't believe that we have to do the training thing again."
" Agreed." i said. Last time we trained someone... let's just say it didn't end up well.
"Yeah, i mean seriously. He ended up breaking Minnie's heart." Liam said then realize i was in the room. "Damn it. Sorry." he apologized.
"I'm like totally over it. So just don't worry." i said. Because it really ment nothing.
