and thought that just because i could see myself with u meant that we were meant to be with each other
that wasn't the case
there was no happily ever after
no fairytale
until i met someone else
and everything that i struggled with while i was with u
became so incredibly easy with her
and i realized that u can want someone
and desire someone
but let them go
and be okay with it
because some people work
and some don't
we could've been something great
if we had just worked out
i'm sorry we don't work
but we never did
and we never would've
