Amber's P.O.V.
Violet was still unconscious in my arms, which I was worried about. Saphirra was walking beside me, looking down at her. "What are we going to do?" Saphirra asked me. "She needs help."
I stepped over yet another log. How many logs does a forest need? "The forest is helping her." I said. "Also, before anything, we need to find shelter." I then looked up at the dark grey clouds above us. "Before the storm hits."
Saphirra looked to her right and she stopped. "Will a cave work?"
I stopped and turned around. When I follow her gaze, I saw a large cave. It was big enough for a Cybertronian to walk through with no problems. "Yeah. Let's head there."
........................................................................A few moments later, the storm hit at full force. Thank Primus Saphirra was able to find this cave. It was dark now, which I could have guessed earlier because of the clouds. I was creating a fire for Saphirra and Violet when I heard a dragon roar from outside. I looked through the rain to see Saphirra in her dragon form landing outside. She walked in with some flowers in her mouth. "I found these outside when I was scouting." She said through the bond.
"Perfect." I said. "Bring them here."
She walked towards us, leaving a trail of water behind her. I held out my hand and she laid them on it. "Thanks." I said. As soon as I laid them next to Violet, they started to glow a light green. A green mist went from them to her. Saphirra looked at them with curiosity. "What's... happening?" She asked.
"Since Violet has a connection to nature, she can use any plants to heal herself." I responded.
Saphirra purred. "That's good." She said. "I still have a lot of things to learn."
I looked at her. "Not a whole not." Then I said, "You need to get some rest. I'll keep watch."
She transformed back into her human form. "I can keep watch. I'm not tired."
After she said that, she yawned. I gave her a knowing look. "I'm not talking about your energy level." I said as I looked back down to get this fire to stay lit.
"Sis, I'm fine. When I was scouting for some flowers, I was able to absorb the rain to heal my wounds. But you..." She looked down sadly. "You're not healing. Why?"
I remained silent. "Fighting Arcee and Optimus must have taken a whole lot of my powers then I thought."
"No it didn't. It took something else, didn't it?" Saphirra asked me.
I didn't say anything. A blue fire emitted from my hands and it landed on the ground, creating a small camp fire. I grimaced in pain. "There. This should keep us warm for the night. We need to rest."
"But, sis--"
"No buts."
...........................................................................
I sat down at the mouth of the cave, my leg propped up and my arm resting on it. The sounds that I was hearing was the crackling of a fire, snoring, thunder, and rain. "She had a point, you know?" A voice said behind me.
I didn't need to turn around to see who it was. "You felt it too, didn't you?" I asked.
Ember sat down beside me, mimicking my sitting position. "It felt like it was more directed to me. I felt like I was being drained of my powers and energy. I was getting the injuries to our powers and energy--"
"While I received the actual injuries." I finished.
She was silent. "Did you feel them?"
"Yeah, I felt them."
"I wasn't talking about the injuries."
I looked at her. "Huh?"
Ember looked up at the sky. "I felt auras there. And it didn't belong to the bots. There were three more people there."
"Who... who were they?"
She looked and what she said scared me to death.
"They were us. A hybrid of human and Predacon"
