PARK JIMIN
chapter six

right after his history class with namjoon, hoseok is now being dragged by his new friend & classmate oh sehun, son of hermes. one of the boys they met at dinner. sehun is a very energetic guy & it's a weird sight to see from a tall, muscular, and intimidating guy. pretty much like myself. hosek thought now that he realized he is pretty much the same as sehun.

hoseok would've been excited to spend time with sehun, but unfortunately his mind is still wandering to a certain blonde haired boy. hoseok suddenly halted on his tracks, a little surprised to see sehun right in front of him almost immediately, brows furrowed.

"what has been bothering you?" sehun gave him a questioning look. eyes looking for answers, piercing his soul.

"nothing." he looked away. he wants to tell sehun & ask him about jimin, but there's something in his mind that's telling him not to. being a seer, hoseok always trusts his intuition more than anything else. it's his weapon & armor.

"i'll figure that out later." the son of hermes brushed the topic off and started walking not dragging the son of hades anymore.

"so where are we going exactly?" the latter asked softly, having been confused since earlier as to where would sehun take him with so much enthusiasm.

"to the garden of the gods. it is were the statues of the gods are located. i come there everyday to admire a masterpiece." sehun answered gently. hoseok never in his life had heard a more gentle tone from someone talking about something.

"oh." was his only response to the former. he doesn't know what to say because first of all what is there so interesting to see?

they continued walking until they reached a door with wooden floral carvings on it. "here we are" sehun whispered. "not many people come here, but i always do." he opened the door and walked inside.

hoseok did not ask further even though it's itching his soul. patience you'll have answers. he tried convincing himself and followed sehun inside.

just as he entered the garden of the gods, he swore he had never seen a garden this beautiful & magical before. it's like an enchanted forest with tall trees shinning under the sun and tons of flowers scattered everywere like stars in daylight inside. the sound of the birds singing, and the leaves dancing through the breeze are music to his ears. the stone path they are walking on has floral carvings on them as well. everything is majestic.

"this place is paradise. why does the students do not come here?" hoseok asked sehun confusion laced in his voice. because honestly who would not visit such a beautiful place. now he understand why sehun took him here & he couldn't be more thankful.

"this garden is blessed by the gods. only the children of the olympian gods are privileged to witness the beauty of this place. kinda unfair, but reasonable. because if many people are to visit this place, it would lose its peaceful aura." sehun explained thoroughly.

"how about the children of the olympians?"

"they hate their parents too much to visit a garden with their parents giant statues." sehun chuckled lightly. hoseok did not miss the sadness that passed through that chuckle, but he let it go. "come on."

hoseok once again followed sehun to walk further into the enchanted garden. until they came to a stop as a statue of a goddess welcomed them "first stop, here's a statue of lady hestia. one of the most, if not, the most kind-hearted goddess in olympus."

"how could you say so? it's not like you've met her." hoseok asked laughing thinking sehun must have lost his mind. sehun looked at him weirdly. "are you serious? you're a demigod & you know nothing about her?"

"well, i know some things about zeus, hades, poseidon, & the others, but not her." hoseok answered shyly, he's now embarassed that he doesn't know anything about her when it seems like he's supposed to. sehun sighed. "okay. so hestia is the goddess of the home & the hearth. the eldest child of cronus. she's naturally kind & quiet. she gave up her position on mount olympus because she was tired of her family always arguing & fighting." hoseok listened carefully.

they continued walking as they passed all the other statues of the olympians and sehun telling him everything they knew about them. hoseok listened carefully to every details because there might be something that can be very helpful in the future.

"stop." sehun said, hoseok looked at him confused. "ok so, i'm going to show you something, well more like someone. he's the reason why i come here very often." sehun said.

hoseok just nodded his head and followed where sehun's gaze is directed at. boy, hoseok wasn't prepared of the beautiful sight before his eyes. there in front of them not too far from where they are standing is jimin kneeling under the statue of the goddess athena, his mother. hoseok hated how he can't see his beautiful eyes because they are closed. those sinful lips that he wanted to kiss since the day he laid his eyes on it. he's nothing like anyone he had seen before.

hoseok did not realize he's staring too much until sehun spoke. "beautiful, isn't he? ever since i first enrolled here in demi-dieux, i have always had my eyes on him. it was love at first sight. it was quite difficult to love someone from afar, he's just too far to reach and his heart is as cold as ice. but i will do everything to make him mine. i would kill if i have to." sehun said with pure determination in his eyes and darkness in tone.

the words hoseok did not want to hear are exactly the words sehun just said. hoseok has mixed emotions. he really wanted to be sehun's friend, but he loves jimin, they both do and he didn't want a friend as a rival because sehun seems like a good person. but just thinking of what would the latter do if he knew hoseok thought of jimin the same way he does, it's sad. anyone could tell hoseok right now that he's friendship with sehun is not even that deep yet and they barely knew each other. they're practically strangers still, but hoseok is a seer and he always knows who to trust.

"don't you know it's rude to stare at someone while they're paying their respect to a god." a voice so nifty said. standing in front of them is no other than park jimin himself glaring at them. hoseok was too dumbfounded to function, everything happened too fast before he could even digest the situation. he even ignored how jimin's beautiful voice sounded so cold.

"jimin, we're sorry. i was just taking hoseok for a tour. he's one of the new students." sehun said calmly, the gentleness in how he looked at the warrior is very prominent. hoseok can see that clearly and anyone with eyes could tell that he indeed fancy jimin.

"new student." jimin called hoseok's attention.

"oh, hi. i'm jung hoseok, son of-" the latter said but was interrupted. "hades."  something is telling hoseok by the way the god's name rolled from the lips of the son of athena that he isn't fond of the god of underworld.

"yeah, him." the fire in jimin's eyes is so strong he almost stuttered, almost.

"very well then, i'll let this disrepect slide this one time for interrupting me. see you around jung hoseok." jimin said with an evil grin drawn on his face that both hoseok & sehun missed. walking away from where they are without turning back.

"dear hades, he's so attractive." hoseok said to himself.
