(This might be the longest chapter but I promise you this one is good ahaha i really had fun writing this, and would be better if you use your imagination and play the music while reading. Hope ya enjoy 🥰 )

            It scared you a bit to be honest, seeing a very different and cold Yuzuru was a first for you. You didn't know how to react neither does everyone else. You can't take off your eyes however from the poor soul. His eyes may look cold but you're sure he's suffering inside. He's a man of ambition and his strictness won't allow him to slack off even a bit in just 1 month before the Olympics.

    "Yuzuru, say hi to them. They came all the way from Japan" Zhenya said.

Does she not see the difference in Yuzuru?. Or is she just bad at reading the situation???

Yuzuru skated to the edge where you all are. He finally spoke

    "Look, I appreciate it If you guys came all the way here to visit me or wishing me good luck or get well soon. But it's not really a good time especially since it's 1 month to the Olympics. I can't spend everyday tending to all skaters that visit me. So, that explains."
that was all he said before skating back to the middle of the rink and continuing his practice.

Your greatest fear has come true, he won't even pay any of you attention. He had his hands full on preparation for the Olympics. It was a blessing that he was still eligible for the olympics.    

    "So what are we going to do now?" Higuchi asked. All of the skaters are now gathered in the parking lot. None of them expected things to turn out this way.

    "It's my first, seeing Yuzuru like that" Shoma said. Everyone else agreed. No one had ever seen him in that state.

    "By the way, where's Kanda-san?" one of them asked and the others noticing that you weren't there.

    "Oh, if it's Kanda, then she says she still has business and she'll catch up later" Oda-san told the others.

    "What does that girl plan to do??" Keiji complained. It's cold and he wants to go somewhere asap.

    "If you guys want to leave first, it's fine, we'll wait for Michiru-chan here" Asada-san strongly suggested.

    Meanwhile right now you're still inside the building, currently face to face with Brian Orser.

    "Yeah, as you can see, he's in that state so there's not much that can be done about it. It's not my first seeing that, he always becomes like that post injury or whenever he feels pressured or frustated. And today it's the mix of those 3"  Coach Orser explained about Yuzuru's condition to you because you asked for it.

He felt bad that all of you had to go home to Japan without a single word from Yuzu or even an explanation about his condition. And then you came to him and asked about his condition.

"How long will he stay like that?" you asked in English.

You were quite lucky that you studied hard in English at school, and you once worked part time near a famous tourist spot, so you get to converse in English with many foreigners. Despite English not being your first language, you somehow managed to understand what most english speakers say and vice versa.

"In the past, it's usually 1 week? He only stopped after he recovers and gets to his top condition. It's because he no longer feels pressured and frustated"

"Then, next week will he-"

"But I doubt it's the same this time. The pressure is even bigger because it's the olympic, and his injury is the worst he ever had, so it's a completely different case.
