Chapter 2

I woke up with the sound of my alarm clock blasting into my head i stuffed my head under my pillow. Yay another tipical morning. After five minutes of lying in bed I got up walked into the kitchen I saw arms who saved my life sitting at the table eatting MY fruit loops. I stopped dead in my tracks and my eyes grew wide and i let out a deep grumble causing him to look up.

Carl's POV

I walked up to the stones door way and wang the door bell and a girl about 12 or 13 answerd the door she called out "Mum theres some random guy at the door" i let out a giggle and saw Mrs Stone wlking down a light blue hall way. She waved and beckoned me in and i steped in side and heard sining coming from down the hall way. the singing was good but sounded more like shouting and then it stopped and i noticed that the girl who answered the door was gone.

I was brought back to reilisation by the sound of Mrs Stones voice she was saying ".....daughter who answerd the door was Katie, she my middle child, Grace is my youngest at 10 and Samantha is my oldest at 16, from what i understand you are 17 but your in grade eleven were you kept down a grade?" "Yes, i am born in december so my parents decided i should redo grade one" I replied.

But i got destracted by a photo hanging on the wall of a very gourgus girl she had long blonde hair that came down past her breasts. she had light green eyes with flecks of blue in them, her lips looked soft and red. She was amazing, Mrs Stone saw me looking at the photo and said " thats Samantha, she pretty aint she. sadly she thinks diffrently" I must of looked shoked because thats how I felt. Mrs Stone aka Casandra but i felt more comfotable calling her Mrs Stone showed me my room it was the room opposite Katie and Graces room.

She left me to unpack i started to unpack but then hunger started to for fill me and i wandered into the kitchen tho see the back of the girl in the photo Samantha playing with a dog. Then she bumped the fridge and i started to fall on her i ran up and pushed the fridge backwards and into the right place. After that i turned to see the unconsious Samantha on the floor i nelt down to her and saw how beautiful she was up close. I lifted her head onto my knee and tryed to wake her but she would not wake up. so i gently picked her up like as if i were carrying a baby or small child and walked down the hall to Mrs Stones room.

I knocked on the door gently and Mrs Stone walked to the door and opened it and said "yes, what would you li....." sh then looked shocked and asked "oh my what in gods name happened?" i told her about the fridge and she said "okay, okay just bring her down to her room and lye her on her bed." I layed her down and sat on the bed next to her. So did her mother Grace and Katie had heard the comosion and walked into Samanthas room. we sat there for a few hours i read a book and so did Mrs Stone and Katie and Grace played on ipods. Then i felt Samantha move and i yelled "shes waking up, look" we all stood above her and looked at her she looked around and gave me a confused look and smiled I said "Hi, my name's Carl"

She moved and stuck out her hand and said "Why hello arms who saved me, aka Carl" Katie said "Yer her humor hasent changed still as lame as ever" Samantha glared at Katie and she stuck her tougne out at her and Samantha slaped her arm. Katie yelped in pain and Samantha sat up in bed. Katie and Grace got up and left both in a huff i can understand why Katie is grumpy but not grace. Samantha looked over at her clock and started to drift off to sleep and i said "I must be getting to bed I have a big day tomorrow." And with that i got up and left, i wlked down to my room, finished unpacking and hoped into bed dreaming about Samantha.

I woke up at seven and got dressed in a pair of faded jeans and polo shirt. I walked out into the kitchen and saw a note taped to the pantry "help your self to and food in here" i opened the double doors to see five different boxes of cerial. I pulled out a box called "fruit loops" in england they dont have these i thought so i will try them. i pulled a bowl out from the cupboard i was shown were everything lived when I arrived. i sat down at the table and pored myself a bowl and then i heard an alarm go off. i looked at my watch 7:30. Wonder who that would be? i thought to my self. Then i saw Samantha walk through the kitchen doors she was wearing cookie monster pants and and I hat the world shirt. She stoped dead in her tracks when she saw me and then her eyes went wide and i looked down and she grubled. I looked up, and thought oh no what have i done in my head. I yelped as she aproched me, suprisingly fast.

She held out her hand and pointed to the "fruit Loops" so i suspected she wanted some so i tipped them into her hand and she just made a fist with her and crushed them. She said "The Fruit Loops are mine, gime them" I handed them over and she huffed and went and got a bowl and sat down and poared her ceral. Then like a light bulb went off in her brain she looked at me and said "What are you doing in my house and eating my Fruit Loops?" "I am an extrage student staying with you for this year did your mother not tell you about me?" she shook her head. I face palmed, "My name is Carl Maddison, I am 17 and in grade 11. I am from england and yer i am living with you for a year". She stared at me blankly and I said "i will never ever eat you Fruit Loops again" fingers crossed these taste yum. It was 8:05 when Katie and Grace walked into the dining room.

I was sitting there and i was waiting to go to schhol with Samantha. Because before the other girls got up Mrs Stone got up and told Samantha what was going on. So i sat and waited until it was 8:15 and she walked out in Jeans and a singles that said "I dont want to be messed with" I liked it. Samantha explained that she walked to school but her siblings did not like to walk so their mother drove them. We walked past a lot of houses and at one house Smantha stopped and shouted "hurry up Jean or we will be late" about a minute later a girl not as tall as Samantha but just a beautiful she had Dark black hair that hung just above her sholders and her eyes were lined with black eye pencil and her lips were a rich red colour she walked down and was saying "Since when do you care if we are late or not" she stoped mid sentence and looked at me.

Jean's POV

I heard Samantha yelling from out side my house "hurry up Jean or we will be late" I finished doing my make up, i absolulty would not leave with out doing my make up. That i was sure about so once i was finished i grabed my bag and started to walk down my front steps and said "Since when do you care if we are late" i stopped and looked at the really Hot guy standing next to her, he had shaggy sandy blond hair, blue eyes , and a smile worth a million dollars. i let out a sigh and saaw him blush. Samantha said "i always want to be at school on time" The walk to school was quiet untill i piped up "Soooooooooo whats your name? He replied "Carl, Carl Maddison" "cool" i said. We contunued on in silence. When we arrived at the gates of Air High and Primary Samantha and i ran up to our friends, joy, casey, Amy, Beth, chloe, and Millie. We all squealed with delight as we saw each other.

Carl'S POV

I watched Samantha and Jean run over to a group of girls and guys about six girls and three guys. The first a girl who was very tall and a little over weight with dark purple hair oviously dyed, the second a small is girl jus taller  than Jean with very long blond hair tied back and a guy stood next to her with his arm protectively around her waist he's taller than her with light balck hair skinny if anything i thought he was to skinny someone shold give him a sandwhich, the third a tall-ish girl with a midium lenght dark black hair tied back in a plat, the forth girl was medium lenght dark brown hair tied back in a side pony, the fith was a tall girl with very dark brown hair which she wore in piggy tails which i thought was a joke because she took them out and put her hair in a ponie tail, the sixth girl was short-ish with long red hair wich she left out and it hung on eather side of her neck she had a tall guy standing next to her with his arm over her and she had her arm around his back, and one last guy just stood off to the side when he saw sammy he walked up to her and hugged her and then walked back to the others. Sammy than started with the intoductions

The girls becond me over to the space they were standing Samantha introduced me to everyone, the first girl was Joy, the second Casey and the guy she was with turned out to be her botfriend max, the third was Amy, forth Beth, fith Chloe and the sixth girl was Millie then guy with her was her boyfriend harry and the last guy was sammys other guy friend David. The girls kept asking me questions and I did not know the answer on of the questions was "what class are you in I am in 11A" I did not know so i replied "ummm.......i dont know sorry"

Samantha walked me to the office buliding and said to the receptioist "hey i have the new student here were should i take him?" She repiled to the Principle and Samantha lead me down the hall to a small room painted gray, sort of depressing dont you think. Well when the principle came in he sat down and faced Samantha and said "Okay, Samantha i will phone your homeroom teacher and let him know you were dropping the new student off. She replied "thank you" and left the room.
