CHAPTER 2: ASWANG PRANK
"Good afternoon everyone. Before anything else, I would like to welcome you all to this beautiful island. My name is Kaye ad I will be your tour guide until your last stay."
"Don't we have any other choice of who we want as tour guide?" sigaw ni kuyang puti.
Nagkatinginan naman ang lahat sakin kaya parang napahiya ako ng slight. Pero nagulat ako nung may kumurot sa kanya sa braso.
"Stop that manners of yours, Edward. We're not at home, okay? Don't be such an air-head." isang magandang babae ang nagsabi sa kanya nun.
So?? Edward pala ang pangalan nitong maangas na to. Sino naman kaya ang babaeng umeksena. Girlfriend niya kaya? Haist, sayang.
"I'm sorry sir but indeed, you don't have any other choice. Besides, I'm the best tour guide here and I'm making sure you'll enjoy the tour."
"I'm looking forward to that Miss Kaye. Having a beautiful woman like you to tour us around is wonderful." sumigaw ang isang matandang lalaki sa bandang likuran. He called me beautiful?? Oh yeah. \(^_^)/
Sabagay, iba nga naman talaga ang dating ng mga Pinay sa mga foreigners. Tingin nila satin, mga diyosa. Yes!
"Wow. You touched me sir! I promise do everything to make your summer unforgettable." sinuklian ko naman ang matanda ng isang ngiti.
"Geez. What's beautiful about her?" sumingit na naman si asungot. Epal din to eh.
"Edward, could you stop that?! D'you want mom and dad to know about this? Don't be a mess here. This is not the right place for you to act like that." again, pinagsabihan na naman siya nung magandang babae.
Ayaw talaga akong tantanan nitong asungot na to. HUh! TIngnan natin.
"it's alright maam. Let him act that way. I know just what to do with people having an attitude disorder." sagot ko naman. Hindi ako pwedeng magpatalo dito. Lavan kung lavan!
Sumakay na kami sa van papunta sa isang sikat na cave dito sa isla. Lahat excited maliban kay Edward. Ni wala nga yatang balak makinig sakin to kasi nakasaksak ang headset sa tenga niya.
"That tree over there is called Nara tree and it's the Philippines' National tree. Filipinos use to make it houses because of it's quality."
"Where can we buy the wood from that tree?" tanong nung isang matanda.
"I'm sorry sir but in this island, we prohibit people from cutting trees. We actually preserve them so it won't flood when there's a storm.
"Filipinos are nature-lover." sabat nung katabi niyang babae.
Sus! Kung alam niyo lang. Kinailangan ko lang magsinungaling, haha.
"What's that buffalo doing along the street?" tanong naman nung isang bata habang tinuturo ang kalabaw na nasa daan.
"Oh, the people make use of them as transportation. Sometimes, they use them when they need to buy some stuffs, baby. But most often we use them in the farm."
