Today was the day of the ball! I can not wait! I wonder what Draco will think of my dress. i hope he likes it. I remember hearing somewhere that Draco liked the color green, so I thought that we would coordinate with that color. I really am trying. If I have to spend the rest of my life with Draco then I want to have something between us. I want something more than just, ok I'm being forced into this. i mean we all are but... "HERMIONE! LOVE!" I hear Draco yell. I know that he doesn't love me but the nickname sure did stick. I smile. "COMING!" I yell. When I go into our room he tells me that he's going to go get ready in Blaise's room. "OK," I say. Just then someone knocks on our door. It's Ginny & Pancy. Draco leaves and all three of us go into our room. We get our all of our stuff out and start getting ready the end result is amazing!

Draco's P.O.V-
It's almost time for the ball. So me,Blaise and Potter go to get the girls. "LOVE!" I yell. "YES?' Hermione yells back. "ARE YOU READY?" I yell. "ALMOST!" She yells back.'So... since when did you start calling hermione "Love"?"Blaise asks wiggling his eyebrows. I pretend not to hear him. Just then Pancy walks out. "Oh wow..." I hear Potter say. "It's just a blue dre.." Blaise is cut off when Ginny walks through the door. Blaise's jaw drops open. "Mate, close your mouth," I whisper. Just then Hermione's comes out. She looks amazing. "Do I look okay?" she says worried. "You look... Amazing!" I tell her and then we go to the ball.
Hermione's P.O.V-
Just as we go to the hall. Our friends leave, so it's just me and Draco left. "You look perfect," He says to me."Thank you, you don't look so bad yourself," I reply. "Do you want to dance?" He asks me. My heart beats a little faster. Could i be catching feelings? "Sure," i reply. he grabs my hand and pulls me onto the dance floor. The whole night is amazing. As we near the end Ron comes over to me. He grabs my hand and pulls me outside. Then he shoves me against a wall and kisses me.I keep on trying to push him off, but he won't let go. Just then Draco comes and before I know what's happening Ron is gone. "Thank you!" I say crying. "It's okay,your okay," He whisper to me. He picks me up and lays me down on our bed. "You should sleep," He says tucking me in. When he turns to leaves, I gently hold his hand. "Stay?" I ask. "Anything for you love," he says, laying down next to me.
