Parker POV
I sigh. "Logan you are the rightful owner of this company and have the new responsibility of everything that goes on here. I'm sorry but it was your father's wish for the week." "I'm not even the best scientist here! My father knows exactly that this is an order so that I would fail and he'd be proven right in our last argument!" " I know; I know. I must go to my posts now, I'll see you soon." I said walking out of the boys' room.
Third POV
Logan sat down at his desk with a sigh of frustration. He was running his hands through his hair when he heard a knock at the door and said; "Come in!"
Patton walked in with his long wavy skirt and light blue sweater on with a clipboard.
"Hello, Logan-or sir! I was told that I'll be informing you about any problems or plans happening?" He said more like a question.
"That's correct but please call me Logan, Patton." Patton nodded and looked at his clipboard.
"The new workers or interns I guess you could call them are here for the assembly and Ms.moonlight is making the lights flicker again."
"Alright, you go check on Project 727-270-0649 after you gather this year's teachers." Logan says standing up. "Yes, si- Logan! Sorry!" Patton sighed while Logan hides a slight smile creeping onto his face. "Oh, and since you are the new boss Logan we need you to come too." Logan nodded and they both walked out of the door looking for this year's teachers.
[Time skip to the assembly]
"Salutations. I'm Mr.Crofter. I welcome all of you to The Crofters family research center of supernatural creatures. All of you are here for a job here whether it be for long or just a month. Correct?" Logan said adjusting his glasses. One of them raised their hands who had dirty blond hair and was named Troy. "What if we drop out within a month? And why do you look the same age as most of us? Isn't the owner supposed to be like a thousand years old?" A few kids snickered and laughed at that which made the boy smirk. "Well if you wish to drop out within a month I'd hope the projects or other workers don't go after you as they have done to past quitters." That made everyone shut up along with the boy to lose his smirk fear filling his eyes now.
Logan smiled at that. "You all will be sharing a room with one other worker and you all will stay here for a month after that you can choose to leave of keep working here. Oh, and for your last question, most of the people you see here will be around your age. I am the owners' son and the temporary owner for your intern month"
Parker mumbled next to Logan "This is one hell of a boot camp huh?" Logan stepped on his foot while saying "This is a company now shut it" "Can you boys get along ever? Geez!" Emile said and looked back at everyone else. "Now if you all could separate into your interest groups we can get this started. I, Mr.Picani will be taking the assistants or if you'd like you could call it the helping hands." Emile pointed at Patton who waved whiles saying "Mr.Heart will be taking the caretakers or the ones who help out with the projects up close." Emile then pointed at Parker saying "Mr.Grayson will be taking the guards and-" Logan cut in. "I'll be taking any scientist or anyone doing the actual experiments."
[After all the leaders/ teachers say their name they get out their clipboards with the groups on them]
"We will now be calling everyone in Mr.Hearts group out first." Logan calls over everyone.
Patton's group was called. "Lastly Remy Dark?" A boy with a leather jacket and sunglasses stepped up. The group then left the room.
Then it was Emile's "Remus Princeton" a boy with a gray stripe in his hair walked up. The group left.
Then Parker's " Roman Princeton? 'Twins huh?' Parker thought when leaving with his group.
And lastly Logan's...
"And lastly Dean Stonehenge."
"Right here!" Said a young man with a turtleneck made out of black and yellow stepped forward the left side of his face was covered with long brown bangs and he had a gray Bennie on.
And just like that, the room was left hallow but with a flicker of light, the room had a presence that would lurk in the dark shadows. Was it such a bad thing?
