Something moves in the alleyway behind him, and he scampers toward his house in the outskirts, unsure why he was uneasy about being on the streets while it was still light. Usually he's not in this big of a hurry to get home, even though it's drawing toward evening.
...Once home, he slams the door to his small shack closed, hurriedly preparing for bed. He doesn't bother to eat supper, simply wishing to crawl into bed and sleep. God was he tired.
Something moves outside of his bedroom window, and he freezes, noticing how the temperature has dropped drastically in the past minute or so. This can't be happening...first his parents, and now him?! No, no, no....
'Please leave...pass me by...leave me alone...' he silently pleads, eyes wide with terror.
Of course, no such luck would abide within the night, and the door splinters, shards of wood blasting the boy backward like a force field. Mycroft lets out a soft scream, before his breath is blown from his lungs upon contact with the wall behind him. "NO!"
'Two males, surprisingly only about Mycroft's age are standing amongst the wreckage of the boy's door, eyes sweeping the room. One, clearly the younger, points at their target, never speaking a word. The elder nods, replying with some sort of hand signal, before approaching Mycroft, a dark scowl on his angular face.
It's not hard to see the two as brothers: same white hair, same scowl, same angular features, same pointed ears. Same aloof stance, and silver eyes. Same ethereal beauty....wait-what was he thinking?! These two are here to kill him! And yet, he couldn't bring himself to hate either of them. They were just too....perfect.
Cliffhanger~
((Don't hate me y'all! I hope you enjoy chapters one and two!~
