This was the first semi-full portrait I did of a person and I thinnkkkmm is was proud of it. I didn't know what I was doing which is why her neck, chin, ear, eye, and eyebrow are kinda out of normal proportions. Yeah nvm it wasn't good at all lmao. Even though I've drawn the type of African American, curly, slightly frizzy hair before, even in self portrait projects I didn't know how to present it in this one for some reason and ended up doing this ugly pencil stroke thing. I guess it didn't turn out terrible with the way the rest of it turned out. In a way it kinda evens out the terribleness. But I know I could've done better. And I think that's oil at the bottom of the page, or some fry grease from some fast food place. I don't know how that got there it know it looks even more messy 🐋. This one also got presented in the fine art night which again I didn't attend because I didn't teach myself to pay attention to morning announcements and therefore didn't know when it was 😎
