This was the second prompt from my club. If you don't know what the term anthropomorphic means, it's basically giving human characteristics to an object, or animal, that doesn't have any. For example, take the commonly used furry persona. Now I know I like to joke around abt furries n stuff but I'm just using this for example. Especially in art, people generally give animals human characteristics such as walking in hind legs, or clothing, or speaking in English. With this drawing, I took a dying willow tree, hence the slightly decaying nature, and built a human out of it. And a squirrel :)
I was pretty happy with this until I colored it. Now yeah coloring your sketches can greatly effect the way it looks, the majority of the time in positive ways. But, the way it looked as just a sketch hit different than it does now. Initially i didn't even wanna color it. I only did cause my parents said it would make I look better. I didn't tell em but, it didn't In my opinion. I'm not dissatisfied with it like not at all. I just think it could have looked better if I kept it the way it originally was.
Not mad tho. It also got good reviews when we presented them so I'm happy. I didn't even think I had it in my to do this lol.
