I don't remember the title but I do remember some of the end of the book.
It's a Carl Grimes love story.
Basically, Carl gets bitten by walkers at the same time as his love interest in a car.
The two teenagers turn into walkers, but doesn't make any move to get out of their position.
Which is of Carl holding the girl in his arms.
Rick is near by watching in heartbreak as his son is turned into a walker along with the girl (oc don't know her name).
Then all the sudden Rick wakes up in the hospital. Confused by the change of events, he finds out he's been in a coma for years, also finds out that Carl is alive along with the girlfriend.
If anyone knows what book I'm talking about please let me know.
