Unknown Werewolf book

As I can remember that this book it had the whole werewolf rejecting thing and she ran away.

After a while she turns into a Hunter or assassin of some sort getting rid of crazed rogues or anything that is causing harm.

But she needs to return to the pack that she ran from to protect them from rogues, plus her mate is mating someone else.

But soon finds that the problem is bigger than they thought it was, zombies or whatever they called it in the book.

Having to protect someone she gets bitten by a zombie and because she is a type of witch she is branded by a mark.

This book is two parts, her mate's girlfriend betrayed the pack by helping the one who made the zombies and gets turned into one herself.
