Normal POV
"Haha!" I laughed as I heard Gaot mumble embarrassed words as I placed the flower crown I had made on top of his head. His ears perked up a bit, but then went down. His face was red and his hands were touching the grass below. Both of his legs were tilted, as he shakes a little bit."(Y/N).. please stop." Gaot said, a little smile on his face. He was smiling nervously, and was half sweating. "Awe come on, Gaot! It's okay to be shy. I just want to make another one! It'll be quick!" I told him as he scratched the back of his neck nervously. "You promise?" "I promise, you dork." I said, chuckling as Gaot joined me.
"But, these are actually really nice. Thank you, (Y/N). Just a small detail I don't like." I heard Gaot say as I was forming the flowers. "How so, Gaot?" I asked him. He seemed a little flustered. "Well, I've been wanting for you to make more, but. Well." He paused. The wind in his hair flew, as his ears went down. "Well, I see you've been using these flowers a lot." He said as he picked a (Favorite Flower) from the crown I made for him.
"Do you not like (Favorite Flower)s?" I asked. Gaot shook his head. "No, no. I just wonder why you always use (Favorite Flower)s. Is it to you're liking, (Y/N)?" Gaot asked as his ears perched up. "Well yes. I take a liking in these. They're really nice-looking, and even smells nice. Glad you have them here." I smiled at him. "Well, (Y/N). They're a very lovely type. Just like you!" Gaot smiled innocently at me.
Honestly, I'm very happy to have been his significant other. He's very sweet and kind. He may act overprotective at some times, but he's really caring too. I love him.
"Hey, (Y/N)! Come!" I heard Gaot tell me from afar as he waves his hand around the air. "Ah! Um, okay! Coming.." I got up and started sprinting a little bit to Gaot.
The wind flew and blew a few parts of my hair. Thank goodness I was wearing a long skirt/pants. As I approached Gaot, my eyes immediately went into the background.
It was a nice, flowing river with (Favorite Flower)s surrounding it. It was the most beautiful sight I've ever seen. Literally. Amazing.
"Wow, Gaot! This is the most beautiful sight I've ever seen!" I stared in shock as he smiled innocently. "I've never seen this before, has it always been here?" I asked, as I approached the river closer. "Technically, no. This river was here all along, and we just didn't see it." Oh. I see.
I grabbed a piece of (Favorite Flower) in my hand and smelled it. Goat smiled at me and smelled it with me. "You know, they actually fit the river just fine. Don't you think?" I nodded in response. Few minutes later, we sat down and talked for a while. "Hey Gaot?" He hummed in response.
"Would you mind having a picnic with me here? It's really lovely and I wish to cherish this moment with you." Gaot stopped. He seemed a little flustered. His ears perched up a little bit and finally got the info.
"Thought you would never ask, of course!" He said, finally. I smiled at him as he kisses me on the forehead and leaves to get the stuff. "I think Jimo has some spare food left in the fridge. Stay here, okay? I'll go get it." Gaot said waving his hand and leaving the mountains we were at. As I picked up more (Favorite Flower)s, I thought about Gaot.
Honestly, it drives me nuts about him. He's just like a (Favorite Flower) sometimes. Looks nice, Lovely, etc. I'm really grateful to be the person I am if it wasn't for him.
Few minutes later, Gaot came back with the stuff in his hand. "Hello, (Y/N)! Did I take long?" He asked, running at me. I shook my head in response as he smiled.
"No, it's fine." I patted his head and scrunching up his hair, messing it. He immediately went into flustered mode and swiped it off and sat down next to me.
"Anyways, Jimo had a few sandwiches, cookies, and two simple eggs. What do you thi—" Gaot stopped as I leaned on his shoulder. "Yes?" I asked him. He stood still in his place. His face was tint red and I could see it.
"What do you think?" He stuttered. "That's great! Thanks, Gaot." I smiled at him as he scratched the back of his neck forcefully. "You're welcome. It was nothing, really." He said smiling a little.
Gaot took a small plastic container and set it down on the grass. "We won't be using picnic baskets because last time BTG lost ours." Gaot smiled shyly. I smiled at him as I watched him place the stuff down.
I looked over to my left as I saw a tree with a swing under one of the branches. There were beautiful flowers surrounding it too, and some (Favorite Flower)s near it. "Oh, do you want to go there first?" I turned my head as I heard Gaot smile at me innocently. "This can wait, if you'd like." He added. "Yes! Let's go!" "Wait what-" I grabbed his free arm and ran to the tree with him.
"(Y/N)! Please don't be too fast! You could trip!" I heard Gaot say as I looked back at him. "Well, we're here now. You can stop complaining, Gaot."
Gaot sighed as he looked at his surroundings. "Well, you probably dragged me here just because there are (Favorite Flower)s here." Gaot said as he patted my hair and messed it up a little bit.
"Gaot, seriously? Don't you see the view here? There are also so many beautiful flowers here besides (Favorite Flower)s! And that cute swing. Wait!"
I stopped as I went to try out the swing. I sat down as I held onto the ropes on the swing. There were a few branches that grew on the rope, so I saw a few flowers on it. Looks like there was a Lily and a Dandelion.
"Gaot, push me please!" I asked him as he stared at me. "Okay." He grabbed the behinds of the rope and pushed me. I was going really fast. "Gaot! Um, please go a little slowe-"
Gaot didn't hear me and went a little faster. "Huh? You want the swing faster? That's rare of you but okay, (Y/N)." I heard him say as I went a little higher. I almost forgot everyone here had in-human strength stats. I gripped the rope on the swing harder, and I felt like I was almost touching the leaves of the tree.
"Wow, (Y/N)! You're going really fast-" My toes were hit the leaves and my grip onto the rope fell. "GAOT!" I screamed as I closed my eyes tight. I was falling. I felt scared as I felt my heart beating faster than usual.
I opened my eyes as I felt two soft hands on me. "Oh thank heavens you didn't pass out. I'm so sorry, (Y/N)." Gaot said worried. "It's okay, Gaot I'm fine-" I stopped talking as Gaot pecked his lips on mine. He immediately let go and started talking. "Please forgive me (Y/N). I'm so sorry." I smiled at him and said another "It's okay."
Just then, I saw a freshly new (Favorite Flower) bloom. It was really beautiful and I couldn't peel my eyes off of it. "Hey, Gaot. About the picnic. Let's go eat. I'm starving." Gaot smiled. "There's no way you could get full because of that." He chuckled. "It's okay, though. Because I can always make you something else."
"Love You, (Y/N)."
"I Love You too, Gaot."
