'Ahh... So tired.  Is this the life that all the students felt like during their study year?'

I am pondering on that when suddenly a thought in my mind

'Oh no.. Did I become old?  NO NO NO.. I am still young.  I will never acknowledge that'

Shaking my head vigorously, I head toward my apartment and start preparing for dinner.  That day, my class finish at 4 pm and buy some groceries for dinner

'What should be the menu tonight?'  I keep walking until I feel of my flame toward something

"Whatta.."

'Should I go or not?  Ahh forget it.  Just go'

I go to an abandoned park and there is an egg under a shady tree

"why did this egg keep attracting my flame?  Should I take it home?"

Contemplating what to do with the egg, I search for the nest and it seems that there is no indication that there is any nest near the tree

"How strange.  Well, just take it home and figure out what to do with it"

I pocket the egg into the pocket of my jacket and continue going home.  Hum hum hum the stromboli is waiting for me tonight.  Little that I know that the egg will be my animal companion

That night

"What should I do with this fella?  Should I warm it up?"  Thinking of what to do with the egg, I begin searching for some shawl to warm the egg but just as I took a step with the egg in my hand, the egg hatch

"A bird?  Or a chicken?" I observe the little one

"Chirp"

"Wait.  People said that the first thing when an offspring from an egg hatch, it will consider the first thing it see is its mother"

Oh dear.  What should I do

"Chirp"  The bird? peck my finger when I try to touch it causing my flame t surround it

"Whatta!  Look out!"  I tried to save it somehow but there is a bond which connect me with the little one trimming and purr with joy

"What is this?  You gotta be kidding me.  How can there is a bond of an animal through flame? Wait wait.  There is an information that an arcobaleno will an animal companion.  Could it be that you are my companion?"

"Chirp"

"Oh god.  I dont know what you are, either a bird or a chicken but hello partner.  Hope that we will take care of each other"

"Right.  We should choose a name for you but I dont know what will be the colour of your feather and I dont want to give a name which do not suitable to you.  SO how about I will call you little one for now and give you a name when I sure of it okay?  Also, my name is Angela Lanster but right now I go by Yucca Reinsworth.  Glad to meet partner"

"Chirp!"  The little one chirp happily.  I laugh thinking that what the future gonna be.  That night, I finish hacking and send the information toward a client plus ensuring the payment already transfered before the information sent 

A few days later

"Reinsworth! Wait!"  a senior call me after I went out of examination hall

"Yes senior?" What should it be, I thought

"Do you have any plan after this?  If not, why dont you come with us.  Our group want to for a trip but there is an empty spot and we thought that you might want to go with us" The senior start explaining to me
